Lol, My friend threw a wobbly when he found out I went to America on vacation, especially NY

What does "threw a wobbly" mean

Even though I'm not British I am a fan of shows on the BBC, like Doctor Who or Sherlock or Call The Midwife.

Also they don't have potato they just look like one

The biggest thing I got in America was "Oh my I love your accent!" and I was like 'Jolly Good! I like yours too!'
I don't think they realize that to me they have an accent

yeah what do you think of American accents
can you tell that ppl from diff states have diff accents
or do we all sound the same

oh good question like do new yorkers sound different to southerners or is it all just one weird accent

You can tell a significant difference between Southerners and Northwesterners and then those from like the Cali area

I love New York accents!

Fun Fact: Technically, we actually have the original British accent! (Shoutout to Tumblr for that info)

But really, people are obsessed with British accents here
