Quinn's eyes widened at the sight of the needles as she moved to hide behind Oliver, peeking her head out a bit. "That's not going into me, is it? Don't let her put that in me," She mumbled quickly, tugging on his shirt as if to emphasize her point. Oliver tried to push Quinn ahead of him again gently, noticing the way she was swaying a bit on her feet.
Thanatos walked over inspecting the situation, then addressed Maddie curtly “ do you have any sort of sedative to give her, it would be very difficult to keep her still otherwise.”
"It's not as bad as it looks and as long as you took those pills it shouldn't hurt," Madelyn's said threading the needle with easy, "I'll take it slow and make sure I do it right so that you shoulder will heal properly. Trust me closing it off from oxygen will make it feel better." She look over at Thantos, "To be honest the state she's in I would not feel comfortable sedating her she might not wake up, Honestly she is in shock and we did not deal with it when we should have."
Quinn looked up towards Oliver, rubbing her arm in thought as she finally nodded, sitting across from Madelyn. She bit her bottom lip softly, glancing at the needles in faint worry, but telling herself that it would be alright. Nothing was that bad compared to the beast that had attacked her earlier. Quinn looked towards her cracked watch resting on the table near them, knowing that she could never see it the same way. Traveling in time would forever scare her.
// I love the fact that I’ve already emotionally and physically scarred mostly everybody xD
(Just popping in and saying hi before I go to bed.)
"Oliver," Madelyn said in her softest voice, "Talk to her, don't let her focus on me." Madelyn said wile taking the bandages from the wound and started to make a plan for sealing it, "Just keep asking her questions." there were gashes on the front and back they were deep. Wile Quinn was looking away she traded the needle she had for a larger gage and started to preform double mattress stitches.

(Yeet. ;u;)
(Madelyn was already broken mentally and all the physical damage she did to herself.)

Oliver nodded, turning towards Quinn and trying for a small, relaxed smile in order to calm her down. "Remember that story of when we met? The one where you had just taken your father's watch from his study and ran into a few of the Queen's guards?" He asked, trying to keep her focused on him.
"Y-yeah, I remember. I almost broke the darn watch three times…and you met me when I was a rabbit of all things," Quinn answered, laughing softly as she felt a prick in her shoulder, ignoring it as she began to retrace her memory. "You had somehow realized that I had been chased down by the guards and picked me up. By my father's whiskers, I'll never forget the face you made when I turned into my normal form," she added, brushing a few strands of curly hair from her face as she returned Oliver's smile.
Madelyn smiled as they talked about the story, Stitches like these were meticulous work. You have to start in the middle and slow dividing each section again and again a single stitch at a time. It's a good thing Madelyn was always good at meticulous work sewing, clockwork; the more tedious the better. It kept her hands moving and mind occupied, but ever so slowly the wound was starting to close.
Almost done, Oliver thought, glancing towards Quinn's shoulder quickly before meeting her gaze again. "You were twelve years old, stealing your dad's vests and bowties to dress just like him. Apparently, the watch was the last special piece for your look," He added on, chuckling lightly as he fiddled with the locket around his neck, remembering the moment he met her. The vest was a bit big on Quinn back then, the bright blue bowtie worn in a crooked fashion as she adjusted her tophat so it wouldn't be falling across her eyes.
"Oh please, you were a dorky 15-year-old, with messy, brown hair," Quinn teased, punching him softly in the shoulder, wincing faintly from the movement. "And you still have messy hair. I'm surprised people find you attractive," She added on, a joking tone evident in her voice as she ruffled Oliver's dark hair.
I like the messy hair, Madelyn thought to herself as she finished the last stitch, "Ok, so You know what the Caterpillar's tonic is right, Quinn?" Madelyn asked wile pulling out a corked bottle unlike most of the other things in the bag this one was labeled and not a home remedy. She took a syringe and started to fill it with liquid from the bottle.
"Yeah, I know it," Quinn nodded, glancing over towards the syringe in Madelyn's hand, visibly shifting closer to Oliver. "It won't hurt, will it?" She asked, a look of innocence and concern crossing her face.
"You'll heal quicker," Madelyn said, "But it does have a tendency to hurt when applied. So here is the deal I'll offer you. If you let me do this your wound can do the same to mine."
"I don't…I don't want to hurt you with that," Quinn answered softly, motioning towards the needle as she glanced towards Oliver who was telling her that it would be alright. She nodded and moved closer to Madelyn, deciding that she would take the tonic.
Madelyn moved quickly in placing the syringe were it needed to be and emptying it into the wound. She could feel Quinn's body stiffen from the pain, It's a good thing Oliver is here, She thought to herself, I'm not the most comforting person. She calmly started to apply new bandages to Quinn's shoulder, "Well need to check it nightly for infection."
(Good night, I don't want to, but I've got to sleep. I have things I need to do in the morning.)
(Aw night! Have a wonderful sleep! :D)
(Sup! I SAW ANTMAN AND WASP Sobbing.)
