A wrinkly clawed hand pushed Quinn into the ground and hot smelly breaths were hurled against her face as it smelled its next prey.
"Get off of me you…warble!" Quinn exclaimed, using a word that she had heard Chelsea say often, digging the butter knife into its side as she tried to push it's hand off of her. She wrinkled her nose in disgust, trying in vain to not breathe in the fumes from its breath.
It screeches in agony as the blade stabbed into its side, it swipes attempting to slash Quinn but missing and it backs away the clicking becoming quicker and louder.
The clicking begins to circle again, a few moments later it charged biting into Quinn's shoulder, tearing through flesh and muscle, stoping as it it the bone.
Maddie ran as best she could towards the sound every step was agony and the cut in her thigh slower her but this time she knew she was completely anchored for the time being. She come up on Quinn being attacked by the the beast. She rushes for ward attempting to two send one of the blades into its eye in a desperate attempt to make it let go of Quinn
Quinn let out a yelp of pain, beginning to lose consciousness as she felt the beast tear into her shoulder, blood already seeping down her arm and through her shirt. She tried to push the monster away, though her movements were slow and weak, just causing even more pain to her own shoulder. "Oliver…Maddie! I'm here.." Quinn called out, though it came out as a forced mumble.

The knife missed the creatures eye but hit it in its exposed neck, causing it to shriek so loud it left their ears ringing. It ran back and disappeared, the ominous clicking going with it.

Maddie drops down next to Quinn, "Quinn? Quinn!, Please say something, please tell me your alive." She is checking Quinn's injuries as best she could in the limited light wile also preparing for the next attack. "Quinn if you can you have to get back to the others."
Quinn opened her eyes for a few moments before shutting them again drowsily, her hand reaching up towards her shoulder as blood began to pour over he fingers. "Clock. The clock," She mumbled, speaking up as she referred back to her father's, the White Rabbit's, antique watch that helped her do most of the time jumps.
Madelyn is fumbling with the pocket watch, "Quinn, I don't know how to use it." She saids placing it into Quinn's good hand. "Please just save yourself."
"You're coming with me, right? I can't leave you here. We all can't leave you here," Quinn answered quickly, opening the cover of the watch as she began to move one of the clocks handles, her movements drowsy as she tried to keep herself from closing her eyes. "You need to come with me. I can do one more jump for us."
"Don't worry about me," She kissed Quinn on the forehead She was always like my little sister "I have my own way out, But I'm not leaving tell i know you are safe."

The clicking returned, slowly moving closer through the darkness.
"Please, be alright. If you got hurt…" Quinn trailed off, one of the clock's handles clicking into place as she moved the second one, ignoring the blood seeping from her wound. Everyone from Wonderland couldn't bear to not have Madelyn for a few days, and it was even worse for Oliver since Quinn could already tell that he liked her a lot. "I'll come back for you if anything goes wrong, okay?"
"Nothing is going to go wrong," Maddie said picking the blades back up, "I promise."

Maddie watched a Quinn blinked out of reality, * don't have much time. I need to calm down.* She pulled out the needle full of her sleeping medication. A small dose will put my mind back in order. She calmly injected her self as the clicking circled around her. I pray this works the thought to herself as edges of her vision went blurry she saw the creature's face right before she collapsed to the ground her the last thing she saw before she closed her eyes were all over her friends. "It's worked" she whispered.

Thanatos ran to both of them checking both for their pulse, and inspecting for wounds.
"What in Hera's name happened to you two!" He exclaimed, worry evident on his face
Reyna crouched down next to Maddie and gently took her shoes off, dumping the shards out and glancing worriedly at her feet. She looked over the rest of her body, then Quinn’s, reaching for a med kit.
"Take care of Quinn first," Madelyn mumbled trying to fight off the sleepiness of the medication. "I think it's bad."

“What do you think?” Cade sighed, he gently let go of Jaxon’s hand, “Chelsea and I can take care of Quinn. Reyna, you keep on taking care of Madelyn.”
“Don’t pass out on me, Mads,” Reyna mumbled, unwrapping bandages and getting to work on Maddie’s shoulder. “Jaxon, was it? Could you get to work on Maddie’s feet with the tweezers?”
Jaxon started. “I- I’m uh, blind.”
“…ah. I can see how that might be an issue. Never mind then.”
Thanatos turned to maddie kneeling beside her "Can you tell me what caused this?"
"It shouldn't exist, They should all be extinct." She grit her teeth though pain, "it's a..ahhh" She screamed as the pressure was applied to her shoulder, "A Vileling." she said though her teeth
The Twins kneeled next to Quinn, one on each side. Cade started to wipe away the blood.
“A Vileling?” The Twins gasped, “Aren’t they extinct?”
