Darren laughed a little as her head fell heavy and limp on his shoulder, she was asleep.

"Darren," Paige murmured softly in her dream.

His first reaction was to respond with, 'what?' but she was sleeping so probably not talking to him.

"Darren," she repeated. Her voice was hazy.

"Paige," He whispered back with a light smile.

"Do you really think that I'm pretty?" She smiled loopily as she spoke.

"I know you are," He whispered back, suddenly unsure if she was asleep.

"Mmmm…" Paige adjusted herself subconsciously.

"You're a sleep talker darling, that proves how cute you are,"

"What?" She giggled. "I can't hear you."

Darren shook his head, “I was joking around before,”

"With what?" she said into his shoulder.

“I didn’t mean to upset you or anything with the ‘I can’t hear you’ thing,”

After a couple moments, Paige blinked her eyes open. "Oh my gosh, I fell asleep again… I'm sorry, it's like a habit. I always sleep at the movies."

Darren laughed, “You are a sleep talker. That’s adorable,”

Paige's eyes widened. She'd forgotten about that. "Sorry, I… I didn't mean- I forgot…"

“No like I said, it’s cute. You held up an entire conversation,” Darren chuckled.

"Yeah. My sister thinks that it's annoying." Paige rubbed her arm.

“No I like sleep talkers, my brother was a sleep talker,”

"Really?" Paige asked. She noted that the movie was almost over.

"Yeah, we shared a room and if I couldn't sleep then I'd talk to him, meanwhile he was fast asleep,"

Paige giggled. "So, what did I say?"

"Oh nothing much,"

"Darren, what did I say?" Paige asked, beginning to panic slightly.

"You just asked if I actually thought you were cute… nothing to worry about,"

"And… what did you say?" Girl, stop.

"The truth," He smiled.

"What? That I'm an annoying, clingy, astonishingly stupid, weird, and too emotional freak show?" Oh God… why did you let that slip out?
