Lillian let out a sigh, "But eating is a necessary for surviving. If I knew this would happen I wouldn't have pushed you as hard."
Lillian let out a sigh, "But eating is a necessary for surviving. If I knew this would happen I wouldn't have pushed you as hard."
“It’s okay, I need new clothes,” he added as he moved in the bagginess of his shirt.
Lillian chuckled slightly, "Maybe we should go shopping tomorrow? Get you new clothes and all that."
“I used to be the muscular quarterback but now I’m just frail cancer boy,” he sighed.
Lillian kissed his cheek, "That doesn't matter. You'll get your muscles back eventually."
“Eventually,” He echoed with a yawn.
Lillian looked at him, "Are you sure you don't want to take a nap?"
He was about to answer but Emma ran up and jumped on him, Darren held back his wince although he wanted to scream after that. “Darebear!” She squealed.
Lillian chuckled slightly at Emma before spotting Darren's face, "Hey Emma."
(Who's Emma?)
“Lillian,” she giggled and cuddled into Darren, “Cooper said you had to take a bath,” Darren was silent.
(Darren's cousin.)
Lillian frowned as she nodded, "Yeah he had to take a bath. He was really dirty."
(Who's Emma?)
(Do you want Josh to come now?)
Emma nodded, “Stinky boys,” she noted Darren’s silence and shook him a bit, “Dddaaarreee,”
(Who's Emma?)
(Do you want Josh to come now?)
(Sure.)
Lillian tried to move Emma off of Darren, "Hey Emma. Darren's not… Feeling too well."
(One sec. computer booting up)
(K.)
Emma frowned, “He is sick?” Darren reached back and held Emma’s hand.
(So Camie… Reese is at the hospital… Do you want them to be old friends or someone who like helps out at the hospital or something… It's up to you)
Lillian nodded, "Yeah. He's sick right now. He should be better tomorrow."
"Sleep helps," Darren added. Emma nodded, her curiosity clearly fulfilled enough that she went back to what she was doing before across the room.
"She's lucky she's cute," Darren groaned.
Lillian nodded and rubbed his head, "Yeah. You okay?"
"I'm okay… I think we're going swimming tomorrow," Darren frowned.
(Camie?)
Lillian looked at him, "Swimming? First I've heard of it."
"I heard my aunt talking about it," He sighed and looked down at himself, "I'll probably just watch I guess,"
Lillian thought for a second, "Then I'll watch with you. Besides maybe you could stay to the shallow area."
"If I work out all night do you think I'll stop having self-image issues?" He joked.
Lillian chuckled lightly, "Maybe, but don't. You're perfect okay?"
