It does, right?
I like putting my hand over my throat and feeling how it vibrates when I talk or sing.
It's really cool.
And I do really like looking at pictures of kittens, puppies, and nature photography.

Get lots of hugs, listen to music that makes you happy, read really fluffy fiction with lots of love and snuggles. (It doesn't have to be romantic love if you don't like that stuff. Find something with lots of familial & platonic love. Just make sure there are snuggles). Pet soft animals. (Cats, dogs, rabbits, guinnea pigs, whatever you can get your hands on).

I lost my dog a couple years back. That really launched me downhill
