(XD Yeah, I just feel pushy sometimes. Lol.)
Turning to look at Jacob, Brooke smiled. He was asleep. What if…
Her smile turned into a mischievous grin, and she poked him in the side. When that didn't work to wake him up, she poked him harder.
He grunted, slowly opening his eyes to see Brooke. Mellie and Jade were gone. How long have I been here?
"Well," he smiled. "Hello there."
"Hi," Brooke said softly, her grin having dropped to a contented smile. "It seems we fell asleep."
"It seems so," he agreed. "Catching up on z's was nice, though. You're very comfy." He said the last part absentmindedly.
Brooke's cheeks reddened a bit. "Well, so are you," she replied, pulling her legs up onto the couch. She stretched out, resting her head in Jacob's lap, and smiled up at him sleepily. "Might just have to finish my nap here."
(I just realized that I accidentally created a character whose initials are BOO…)
(Lol)
He began to stroke her hair. "Do you mind if I join on that nap?" Jacob yawned.
(Sorry, I had to socialize…)
"No," Blaine murmured, closing her eyes. It felt nice having Jake caress her hair, and it might put her to sleep sooner than last time.
(Yeek)
"Good," Jake's strokes became noticeably slower. "That's… that's always good."
"I might need to spend the night," Brooke joked, half asleep already. "It's getting late, and I don't want to have to make you drive me all the way home."
"Pfft. As if that's the only reason. Admit it, you just like being in my lap."
Brooke peeked through her eyelashes at Jacob.
"Maybe," she murmured tiredly, a small smile on her lips. "Though you have to admit that you like it, too."
He hummed in response. "I suppose I do…"
Jacob hand paused, instead content to simply nestle in her hair.
"How'm I gonna get to work tomorrow?" Brooke wondered aloud, struggling to keep her eyes open.
"I can take you?" he managed to peek open his eyes, though not for long.
"M'kay." Brooke lost the fight with her heavy eyelids, and they closed. "We really gonna just fall asleep like this?"
He patted around for a pillow, eventually finding one and placing it behind his head. "I don't think we could fight it if we tried…"
Brooke hummed quietly. Her breathing started to even out as she dropped into sleep.
Jake gave in, resting his eyes.
(Skip to, like, morning or something?)
(Okie-dokie.
Did I ever say what time of year it was?)
Brooke twisted, the morning sun not yet reaching her eyes to wake her up. Her face ended up buried in Jake's stomach, and a contented smile drifted across her lips in her sleep.
(No
Btw haveta leave soon)
Feeling Brooke squirm around, he awoke. Jacob admired her sleeping figure, though stopped as he came to a realization. Wait. What time is it?
(Aw, darn.
I don't know whether to choose fall or summer…)
Brooke finally awoke, but she didn't open her eyes. She didn't want to move from the comfortable position of her head in her boyfriend's lap.
Why must I have to work today? she wondered with a quiet groan.
(Lol.
I'm in such a weird mood right now. Not like a negative mood, just a mood where I want to sit on my bed and produce random noises and nonexistent words)
"Hey," he said softly. "We need to get up. I have to take you to your job."
(That's me, like, 55% of the time. Lol.
Or, I just lift one arm in the air and let it just hang there.)
"Noooo. I don't wanna get up," Brooke complained, her voice muffled by Jacob's stomach.
(Yay, Skittles!)
(Lol. Idk.)
(SKITTLES HAS ARRIVED)
He flushed, but remained stern. "Brooke. You need to go to work…"
(Yay!
Sorry, I had to help my stepdad with something.)
Brooke groaned. "Fine," she mumbled, but she made no move to get up.
