"Lilli? Lillian?!" Reese began to panic. Oh, her chest hurt.

Dr. Vegran took a deep breath and stepped into the waiting room. "Darren Anderson?" she asked. Her voice was calm, and it hid the storm well.

Darren's head jerked in the doctor's direction as he practically ran to her, "Yeah, that's me… You knew that," He spewed nervously.

Dr. Vegran smiled, but it was painful. "Lillian will be okay. You can visit her now if you like." She knew the answer before she even finished talking.

He nodded quickly and pushed past her, he knew this place inside and out at this point… It would be faster for him to just go. He found Lillian's room and let himself in as he sat next to the bed.

Lillian was breathing softly in her sleep. Her body covered with bandages. Espicially around her chest, right arm, and head.

Dr. Vegran wasn't expecting that. She quickly headed to Lillian and Reese's room to see Darren was already there, and Reese was conscious and begging for Lillian.

Darren took her hand gently, it hurt him to see her like this. He winced at the thought of what his car looked like. He turned around to see Reese, "Hey you awake over there kiddo?"
