(I sometimes zone out when I'm walking and run into walls in my house. Accidentally did that in the wizarding world of harry potter and actually ran into a pole)

Jay woke up with a start in a cold sweat, drawing his knees up to his chest and shaking. Then, he seemed to just start choking, or his windpipe was closing. He couldn't stop coughing, and he couldn't breathe.
