The Doctor sighed, “I know, Bill. I’m sorry I came late…”

"It's fine. We're all okay now, it's fine."

“Yes, we are fine, but it doesn’t excuse what he did.” Nardole said. The Doctor turned to him.
“Shut up, robot.”

"Oi, I'm right here, egghead!" Missy snapped. Bill rolled her eyes.

“You’re going back in your cell when we’re back.”

"Vault. It's a vault. Call it a vault, it makes me feel valuable." Missy replied.

“Fine, vault.” He rolled his eyes.

"Thank you." Missy said sarcastically. "She terrifies me, you know." Bill whispered to the Doctor.

“Me too, never play chess with her, nightmare.” He whispered back with a smile.

"I can hear you!" Missy sang.

“Good!”
(Ops, I’ve gtg, I’ll be back soon!)

(Bye) "How is that good?" Bill hissed.

“I don’t know. That’s what makes it fun.” He grinned.
“Fun? Doctor Missy is not fun.” Nardole piped up.

"Of course I'm fun. Remember that night when the Doctor convinced you and Bill to play Bingo with us?" Missy asked. Bill remembered it. Vividly. That was a very painful and awkward memory.

“That wasn’t fun, that was torture!” Nardole couldn’t believe she brought up the bingo.
“Alright, alright. Calm down.”

"Oh come on, I only attempted to murder you once. It was fun!" Missy pouted.

The Doctor rolled his eyes and the TARDIS landed back in his office.

"Well, that whole Cyberman skirmish was fun. Let's do it again, say, next week Monday?" Missy said. Bill stepped out of the TARDIS, not wanting to deal with this anymore.

“No Missy, Nardole, take Missy to the vault,”
“But Doctor-“
“Now!”
Nardole reluctantly did as the Doctor told and took Missy to her the vault.

"Doctor? Can I ask you something?" Bill said, once Nardole and Missy were gone.

“Go ahead.”

"Why are you trying so hard to prove Missy is good? She's apparently your oldest friend in the universe but you have better friends! I just don't understand."

The Doctor sighed, “It’s… complicated.”

"So far she's proven to be malicious and completely mental. It's not complicated, she's just not going to turn good." Bill reasoned.

“Yes… but we have to hope she will.” He sat down at his desk and rubbed his temples.
