"Possibly." He swallowed. 'Why do you laugh so much?"

Darren shrugged, "I smile and laugh a lot… I've been told it's a mask for my real feelings but…. meh,"

"Wow same." Rory gave a nervous laugh.

"Do weird things happen when you're at home?"

"Yes. Sometimes."

"Are you ever nervous at home?"

"Well yeah duh everybody gets nervous at home on occasion."

"I wonder if this only happens when you're nervous… My powers are triggered by anger and pain and sadness."

"Wow that's a lot." Rory stared at him. The table shook.

"Well anger, pain and sadness are very similar things so, as my powers grew so did what triggered them,"

Rory nodded. The fridge door flew open.

Darren looked at the fridge before getting up to close it. "Are you really that nervous?"
