“Sucks, doesn’t it? The merciless teasing, the unending humiliation that you didn’t know you could feel?” Jane said ruefully. “I’m in a bit of a mood, sorry.” She handed Jesse a few more pieces of paper. “We’re almost done cleaning up…”

Nessa did not go find Jane instead she went back to the Storage room and back to organizing she went. She put the lost and found box next to the door for Ender to grab, costumes and a few of the good paints were back here, Venus's Favorite brand. Nessa picked them up and thought about when they had fun spraying each other with water. her anger vanished. She suddenly wanted to hug every one in her friend group.

Nessa marched through the haunted house, her eye's still dripping, holding a bundle of fabric scraps, " Miss. Armanda I know you said we should keep these to sew on costumes and such but its cluttering the entire store room, permission to throw them out."
"Let me look at them. There are some that I definitely want to keep," Venus replied. As she eavesdropped on the other floating conversations, she heard Hannah and shivered.
Ender peeked around the corner. "Hey V?"
Venus's eyes were unfocused and hazy. She snapped into attention and looked quickly at Ender. "Y-Yeah?"
"Do we have anymore glue? I noticed the keep out signs were falling off the front."
Nessa popped her head out of storage and yelled at the top of her lungs, " I would just like to say I'm sorry for being a pain and I love you all, that is all also If Venus doesn't have Glue there's some in here."
"I don't know, let me check." Venus stood up and went over to a cabinet. When she opened it, a torrent of glue sprayed out, covering her. She screamed and flinched away. Tears mixed with the sticky white paste.
Ender rushed over. "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?"
Venus curled into a ball on the ground, sobbing heavily.
Nessa watched the gluesplotion and ran out, she tossed Ender some glue, "Get me some vegetable oil and baking powder and a large spoon.
“DAMN It WhaT HAPPENED?!” Jane yelled, dropping the papers she’d been holding and running over. “Oh no. V…” Jane grabbed cloths from a pile and began trying to get the glue off.
Ender crouched down next to her. "It's okay….It's okay." He knew it was definitely not okay.
“You’re okay, V, it’s all going to be okay….” Jane soothed, knowing she was doing nothing to help.
Blaine heard Venus's scream and rushed in that direction. When she got there, she saw Venus covered in glue, curled up in a ball, with the others surrounding her.
"What in the world just happened?!?" she questioned. "Why is Venus covered in glue?"
Venus was shaking. She hyperventilated and covered her face with her forearms.
"The cabinet blew up!"
Jesse poked his head in. "WHAT?"
Brendon stood in the back watching. He felt bad that he didn't know how to help. He figured it was better to stay out of the others way.
“Shh!” Jane hushed, throwing out glue covered cloths and grabbing new ones. She had cleared most away from Venus’s eyes. (Is that ok)
"Fine I'll get the Baking soda and vegetable oil, You British boy get me a giant bowl and spoon from that Cabinet."
"Somebody grab her a water," Blaine demanded. When no one paid her any attention, she sighed and went to do it herself. She came back, opened the bottle of water, and offered it to Venus. "If you want this, let me know."
"Yessir!" Jesse whipped around and retrieved the objects.
“Shh, V, everything’s alright…. do you want to go shower?” Jane asked.
