cus we can use contractions for certain instances such as "How're you doing" and "What's up?" and "I don't know"
But if we put them somewhere you it's just awkward

Example; "Are you two going to the movies?" "We're."

So when people tell me that it's hard to learn english I reply with "It's"

… i just say 'you've' because i say it almost hourly… it's just something i do
