(NEVER TELL SOMEONE HAVING A PANIC ATTACK TO CHILL!!! If they won't let you touch them, you need to tell them to breathe in for four seconds, hold for seven seconds, and breathe out for eight seconds. If you can touch them then you need to touch separate fingers and ask them which one you're touching. They'll have to calm down to answer.)

(It's also good to ask simple, grounding questions such as "What is your name?" and the like. The questions require them to focus in order to answer, but they aren't too complicated or anything as that would probably just stress the person out more. But seeing as Jay is unconscious he can't really answer any questions lol)
