She heard him call for her. She tucked the papers away meticulously so they wouldn't be discovered. She left the bathroom. "Up here!" She walked down. "Sorry, I woke up and had to use the bathroom."
She heard him call for her. She tucked the papers away meticulously so they wouldn't be discovered. She left the bathroom. "Up here!" She walked down. "Sorry, I woke up and had to use the bathroom."
He nodded, "That's fine, sleep well?"
Lillian sighed, “Okay?”
Rachel smiled as she approached Paige, “Hello.”
She sighed in relief in her head. "Yeah. It's been a while since I've slept that well. I hope I didn't bother you."
"You ready to go home?" He asked her before walking to the car, just to be sure.
Paige's eyes shot open when it wasn't Dr. Vegran's voice. "What are you… doing here?" Paige whispered, but her words were fierce.
She sighed in relief in her head. "Yeah. It's been a while since I've slept that well. I hope I didn't bother you."
"No you didn't I'm not good at taking naps,"
Lillian nodded slightly, “I guess. But the party?”
Rachel smirked, “What? Surprised to see me? I just wanted to check up on you Paige.”
She smiled lightly. "Right. Now what? Is there anything that needs to be done?"
"Visiting hours are over, dipstick," Paige snarled.
She smiled lightly. "Right. Now what? Is there anything that needs to be done?"
"I have to go to the bank and get money, I have some extra pretty large bills to pay this month," he sighed.
Rachel walked up to Paige, “I know. I’m here anyway.”
Lillian nodded slightly, “I guess. But the party?”
"We went, I loved it. It's almost done and we are good to go if you are,"
She snorted. "Those games are going to be the death of your bank account." And so is paying for Darren's chemotherapy but we don't talk about that.
"That and monthly hospital bills, yeah, good thing I'm not hurting for money," He sighed.
Lillian smiled as her eyes drooped, “Okay let’s go.”
Her skin was a bit paler than usual.
Rachel walked up to Paige, “I know. I’m here anyway.”
"Leave," Paige ordered brashly.
WAIT WHAT?? She knitted her brows together, a tell-tale sign that she was working something out. "Hospital bills? For what?"
Rachel scowled, “Make me.”
"And last time I checked, you don't have a job so where is that money coming from?"
He nodded and drove home. Cooper talking about an important event happening this week all the way home. He was begging for Lillian to question it. They got home and Darren basically jumped out to run to the house.
"First of all, false, I have multiple jobs and I inherited money,"
WAIT WHAT?? She knitted her brows together, a tell-tale sign that she was working something out. "Hospital bills? For what?"
"For Darren. His dad won't pay the chemo bills so I told him I could take care of him,"
Rachel scowled, “Make me.”
Paige slammed her fist defiantly into the button that signaled a nurse.
Lillian was to out of it. She hardly heard a word Cooper said. She groggily got out of the car and walked towards the house. She stumbled a few times but caught herself.
Rachel sighed as she waited for the nurse to come. She forgot about that.
Darren helped her the rest of the way into the house, "Do you want to lay down upstairs?"
(I kind of thought that she would come at Paige or something.)
"From who?? You don't talk about your parents and you act like you hate them! I doubt that if they knew you hated them they would have left you money and second, what job? Give me an example. A believable one, at that." She crossed her arms with a pissed off expression. Careful what you say, boy. You're skating on incredibly thin ice buddy.
(She’s a but sore from her last encounter besides. Manipulation~)
Lillian thought for a second, “Up, but I won’t make it. Probably.”
