Kira looked down, with nothing to add to the conversation. They weren't talking about her, and she didn't know what to do when that was happening, so she just sat there, useless. (in the heights reference yay!)

Amber sighed. "it's been a long day. We should get Kira back to the castle as soon as possible."

"Wait a minute, hold your horses, no." Kira tried not to look shocked at her own use of language. "If you just dragged me out here, three or four days, no washing, I killed someone! For nothing? No! You don't get to take me back, okay? Either I go somewhere with real meaning, or, or- ugh! I did not come here for nothing!"

"Well as I told you before, I took you out here to show you what the real world is like outside your perfect parties and castle."

"But it didn't work!" Kira didn't even know why she was arguing. "I'm still an a- a jerk. I'm still on the high horse I haven't learned anything! I killed a man!!!"

Michael shook his head, "enough has happened" He placed his hand on her shoulder "you are already a different person than you were before"

Kira knocked Michael's hand off her shoulder. "Am I, really? Don't lie to yourself. I'm exactly the same." She leaned in towards Amber and whispered, "You failed."

Amber stepped back. "no matter how much you deny it I still think it worked. If only a little. Your family is probably worried."

Michael looked between the two silently hoping something had changed.

Amber turned to Michael. "Please, get the princess home as fast as your horse can travel." (I have to go bye)

Kira had a sudden realization. "I know what I haven't done yet," She breathed. "I need to find Shey. You kill anyone who is a threat to the crown. Let's find Shey."

¨how do you suppose we do that?¨ Michael asked

"I don't know? You normally do this stuff, right?"

Michael huffed ¨I might have an idea where she is¨ he started to lead them in the direction he believed where Shey was

Kira looked down at Michael. "And how do you know that she is that way?"

Kira looked down at Michael. "And how do you know that she is that way?"

-Ariene secretly follows them, she still had to give Shey her knife back-

"I said it's just a feeling" Michael said simply "we could be going in the absolute wrong direction for all I know"

(why do you want to give the murderess her knife back?)
"Great." Kira had to find Shey, it was the only reason she was still out here, the only reason she could still go on. Burning hatred, the need for revenge.
