Brendon nodded sorrowfully. It gad reminded him if his last days with his biological father, “Yeah. Glad they made up though.”

"Yup. I'm glad for that, too," Blaine said softly.

Brendon smiled at her, "I promise I don't have any big secrets like that. At least I don't think so…"

Ender glanced up at her from his laptop. "Hello! Shouldn't you take your hair out?"

Venus felt the braids. "Probably."

"I'm trying to decide if we wanna risk using the TV or if we wanna watch on here…"

"What do you mean, risk?" Venus asked. She bounced onto the bed and cuddled up beside him, looking at the screen of the laptop.

"Risk running into my dad." He replied.

"Oh." Venus felt like the encounter in the doorway had been barely missed the iceberg. Next time around, she knew that she wouldn't be so lucky, just like the Titanic. "Hey, let's watch that," she suggested, not realizing that she never actually said the name of the movie out loud.

"Watch what?" Ender looked at her.

"Titanic," Venus answered. Stupid. She blushed.

Ender kissed her cheek. "I've never seen it but okay."

"Really?!" Venus's jaw dropped. "Oh, we're definitely watching it now. I love Kate Winslet, she's my favorite actress." Venus sighed.

"I definitely want to watch it then." Ender chuckled.

Venus smiled enthusiastically. "The reason that I love my hair so much is because it's practically the same color as Rose's, Kate Winslet's, in the film. I'd do anything to meet her." Venus closed her eyes dreamily.

Ender smiled and rested his head on her's. "Wait, is that your hair's natural color?"

"Yes. I'd never dye it. Ever. At all. For any reason."

Ender smiled. "I love your hair."

"I love yours too," Venus said, brushing her fingers through Ender's black hair.

Ender blushed and turned back to the laptop. "So do you want to stay here or try the TV?"

"Whatever you want to do," Venus replied, closing her eyes.

Brendon smiled at her, "I promise I don't have any big secrets like that. At least I don't think so…"

Blaine sighed, "Good," and nodded once. "Me neither."

Brendon nodded happily. He got in the car, "To the movies?"
