"Oh good," she let out a sigh. "I'm not the only one, then."

"Good morning, students!" Moraphe called merrily from the kitchen.
(Should I make my character late?)
(Should I make my character late?)
(What kind of late? Like Adel?)
Vien cracked a grin at that. “Thank you. At least someone h-here has some common sense,” he chuckled. He reached the bottom of the stairs, glancing around the room as he took note of any exits. “The important question is w-whether or not the food is edible.”
"Sadly, common sense is not very common," Beau sighed as he stepped down next to Vien, looking around the room as he studied the decorations. Whoever designed this place was incredibly rich or hordes a lot. "We'll have to check. If the others are eating it, then it should be alright."
"Oh good," she let out a sigh. "I'm not the only one, then."
"Well, I am happy we agree," he almost smiled, "Everyone around here is so cheery and happy to be here."
"Agreed."
She held out her hand in greeting. "Vivian am I. You are?"
“Unless it’s full of drugs that convince y-you you’re safe but in reality are being prepared to be turned into c-cattle or something,” Vien mumbled with a shrug. He wandered into the kitchen, squinting at the food. “Oatmeal? Isn’t that a bit basic for a p-place like this?” he asked

(Like she arrived late.)
(Like Adel.
Okay thumbs up)
He shook her hand, "I'm Ajax, you can call me Jax… Or whatever you want I guess,"
"N-Nice," she let go and trotted along the hall once more.

"That could be possible, but at this point, we don't have much of a choice. It's either trust or starve," Beau muttered as he glanced around the room, noticing a few familiar faces as he walked next to Vien. "This whole place isn't basic. There's probably gold or pearls in the oatmeal," He answered as he cast a sideways glance at the food. It would be best if Beau ate something since he didn't sleep much last night, but he couldn't bring himself to stomach anything.
(Imagine something like this for the dining room)

(JUST LESS FANCY.
And yes, I know there's no visible picture)
"N-Nice," she let go and trotted along the hall once more.
"Hey wait up!" He ran so he was walking next to her.
Cammie knocked on the doors of the huge house that she was sent too.
6034, 6034… Oh. "So are you going to eat breakfast?"
Moraphe glances up from a large pot he has been stirring. "Ah, there we go. Why don't you all go sit down? If you're not hungry, that's fine, you don't have to eat anything. But you can still sit."
He heard knocking. "Oops, that'll be another one, I suppose," he commented, and dashed off.
6034, 6034… Oh. "So are you going to eat breakfast?"
"I guess so, you?"
Cammie was met with the sight of the door opening leading to an old man. "Hello?" She greeted not sure if this was right.
"Hello there!" he said brightly. "We were just about to start breakfast. Would you like some oatmeal? And I can assure you, this is indeed the right place." He sighed, though he was amused. "So many students come here, wondering if this is the right place."
She shrugged, "I've accepted fate. We're going to be here who knows how long. If I don't eat, I'll starve and die. If I eat, it might be poisoned and I'll die. Either way, I've got a high percentage on dying, and I'd rather die with a full stomach."
Abiliene sat stiffly at the large table, hands folded in her lap.
"So many students come here wondering if t-this is the right place," Vien repeated in a high-pitched voice, just loud enough for Beau to hear as he sat down in one of the far corner seats. He glared at the old man for a moment before fixing his gaze on the oatmeal

Ajax laughed, "You make a fine point there. Do you know anyone else?"

A small grin spread across Beau's face as he sat down across from Vien. He glanced back at the old man, furrowing his brow faintly as he studied the new girl who had just walked in. "There he is…" Beau muttered, referring to the old man as he looked back towards Vien.
"No. None of us really wanted to get all buddy-buddy yesterday," she still didn't want to much, but eh.
"If another guy doesn't show up j-just in case soon, I swear I'm going to put a tracking spell on the old guy," Vien muttered, reaching for a glass of water that he sipped bitterly. "Freaky old guy needs to s-stop being freaky."
"I heard that," Moraphe said sternly, coming into the room with Cammie.
