(Wait Artemis's sister was a twin? So was Belle's! Except Jasmine, her sister, commit suicide when they were 13 because she couldn't handle the torture she was receiving her dear old 'I'm-gonna-kill-my-daughters' Dad and Belle's father blames her for it after snapping from her mother's mysterious death when they were 7. That and Belle hasn't escaped her abusive in every way father. Why do you think she met Darren? She ran away from home and he was the first one she found. He was letting her stay at his house until, of course, she met Ryan and that happened. Belle has insomnia from her father's torture giving her nightmares, anxiety from it too, and depression from losing her mother, sister, and father. While her father isn't dead, he isn't the man she knew either. She has no family. Mix that with her eyepatch and quiet, mysterious manner and you've got yourself a textbook style basket case! She is slightly psychotic, has been in asylums multiple times, has 8 tattoos, is basically the female Sherlock with the sociopathic mannerisms and all, has been in juvie twice, and has murdered quite a few people. Belle ain't your classic Tsundere. She's a psycho on the run from her past with a secret that could get her killed. JESUS CHRIST THAT TOOK FOREVER BUT THAT IS BELLE'S STORY IN FULL. FOR FUCK'S SAKE DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG THAT TOOK TO CREATE?)

(D'awww! That's the point of her entire character! She puts on an act, a mask if you will, to make it seem like she's not the psycho everyone thinks she is. She wants to put distance between her and her past, make herself new again. Start over. So that's what she's doing. But, if you dig deep enough into the past, you'll find newspapers listing murders from a girl that goes by the alias 'Miss Murder.' She was never caught because 1. She stopped and 2. No one knew what she looked like except her victims before she killed them. When she goes crazy, that's who comes out. Belle wants to be different so she's trying to change who she is to make it like that. Creating someone new out of someone broken.)

(What's so funny about bonding? Bonding in a story can make a great romantic friendship so that they can make some kind of romantic gesture and after a while to out. Sorry my ranting fangirl comes out sometimes.)
