Artemis was helping her mother set the table when she texted Belle,"Is Darren coming with you guys?"

(You should call, she's preoccupied…Lol)

Ryan grabbed the back of her head with his hand and pulled her as close as he could.

Her phone buzzed, but she chose to ignore it. I'm in the middle of something peasant!

After a couple of minutes of waiting for a response, Artemis decides to call Belle instead since it was getting close to dinner.

She giggled, one hand messing with his hair.

"mmm, your phone," He said still kissing her.

She heard her phone buzz again, this time it was someone calling her. Okay you know what? She slid one hand back and silenced her phone, not breaking the kiss.

Theo sighed as his other mom, Carmyn stood in his doorway two hours later holding a chocolate cake asking it if he would come with her to bring it down to Jake's house to greet his parents.

"Fine," Theo said muttering as he walked past his mom to put his shoes on. He was only doing it in hopes of making a friend out of Jake before he came to school and discovered what a loser Theo really was.

(The whole school knows Theo is gay and some of the guy's bully him. It doesn't help that he is pretty quiet at school so he doesn't have friends anyway)

"The dinner," He said pausing. "We can pick this up later,"

She frowned slightly and sighed but smiled. "Alright fine. She picked up her phone and answered. "Hello? Artemis?"

(i don't think Artemis would be this extra but should she come knock on the door? or knock when its after 6 and Dinner is ready?)

Jake sat on his front porch with his guitar. He looked around playing random chords. He had to admit the neighborhood wanst to bad.

"Hey Bella its after 6 and I was wondering if Darren is coming with you guy's so I can set out another plate?" Artemis replied,"I know calling you is probably to much but I need to know so my mom can make enough food."

Theo waved back has they came up the steps. His mother Carmyn reached out her hand and said, "You must be Jake, my name is Carmyn. Are you parent's home my wife and I just wanted to welcome you guy's to the neighborhood."

"Alright see ya soon. And sorry if calling you was a weird thing to do." Artemis replies.

"No no it's fine. I'll see you at dinner. Bye!" She hung up, a small bit of ice touching every word, but just a microscopic amount.
