"Are you okay?" She glanced at him for a second. "You seem a bit…distracted."

His eyes snapped up to meet hers, "I'm fine, it's the ADD,"

"You have ADD? I didn't know." She shrugged, pulling her attention back to her phone screen.

Artemis layed on the ground staring at the ceiling her anxiety was getting the best of her as she started thinking about how tomorrow would be her first day at school.

Ryan laughed a little, he had ADD but that's not what was distracting him, "Yeah I've had it since I was a kid, that's why I need background noise to concentrate."

"Ohhh, that explains it." She smiled.

Ryan grabbed his notebook and sat back down to write something else, "So… What would you like to do?"

"Hmm, I don't know. I'm rather enjoying the little setup we have here. Me scrolling, you doing something, us talking, I think it's perfect."

Artemis sat up as her breaths started to become short, she was starting to have an anxiety attack.

Ryan shrugged, "I'm chill with that," His brain told him to keep writing but his eyes continued to stare at Belle.

She giggled. "Yay I don't have to move!"

"Yay," Ryan said quietly, resorting to biting his lip again.

"What are you doing over there? I'm just curious and don't wanna look up."

"Writing," he sighed, he was meaning to write but couldn't focus.

"Cool, just wondering." And silence returned.

"Inhale, Exhale," Artemis though to herself as she made her way to the bathroom to find her Anxiety Pills. She opened the cabinet to find her pill bottle empty as her breath's quickened rapidly. Neither of her parents were home as she made it back into her room to grab her phone.

Ryan turned music on his phone, silence wouldn't work.

Belle laughed. "Death of A Bachelor? Really? I mean this is my fucking jam but still. Not what I expected from you."

"Well expect it Darling, adoro questa canzone" He laughed and wrote.

Artemis quickly texted her mom but then remembered she would have her ringer off since she was at the movies on a date with her dad.

"Frick," Artemis said as she set her phone down and sat on her bed trying to figure out what to do. She could text Belle but she didn't want to bother her since she was probably busy [ ;-) ].
