Vega sits on the grass outside and leans against a tree. She pulls out a book and starts to get lost in it, smiling to herself softly.

Cade sees Vega sitting in the clearing against a tree and parks his car. We walks out to her. She looks beautiful in the sunlight. "Hey, scales." He smirks

Vega looks up from her book and smiles. "Hey shadows" She puts her book away and stands up. "What are you doing?"

(omg theyre perfect)
"I-I don't really know…" He smiled awkwardly and rubbed the back of his neck. "I was gonna go for a drive but…I have a bit of a headache."

She gets an amused look in her eye. "Do you want some aspirin or something for that?"

"No, I'll be alright. Sometimes they come as a result of a lack of control over my powers."

"Oh, okay." She looks concerned for a moment before smiling again. "So, what are going to do instead of drive now?"

"Well, hopefully, either sit or walk, and talk" He grinned

"May I?" He gestured to her side, on the tree.

"Sounds like a plan" She raises an eyebrow at him "Do I get to go?"

"Go?" He looked hurt at the thought of her leaving?

She looks confused for a second, then smiles. "I meant go with you."

"Oh." Cade chuckled. "So you would rather walk? I was thinking we could just sit, but if you'd rather, walking is fine by me."

(I didn't mean to write walk oops lol)

I'm back.

"We can sit down." Vega pulls Cade under the tree where she was before and she sis.

Cade scoots a little closer to get out of the sunlight.

Zoey walked out of the changing rooms and did a quick scan to see if Baron was there.

Baron approached Zoey casually, from behind.
"How's it goin'?" He asked, sincerely.

Vega blushes a little when Cade scoots closer, but she doesn't move away. "So, what do you want to talk about?"

"Oh, not much, not in dirty PE clothes anymore at least." She went onto her tip toes and gave him a kiss.

He returned the favor. "Speaking of clothes, that's a cool necklace." He says, gesturing towars hers.

"Why thank you," she said falling into step with him as it was lunch now, "Its a Pentagram, every point standing for an element; namely Fire, Water, Earth, Air and the soul." She said pointing to each point of the star.

"I'm aware of what it stands for." He said. "It also used to be used as a symbol for the goddess Venus, but that's old news."
