(did he just like, fall to the floor just now?)
(He saw a vision of Kaz sitting down in pain from the radiation, and was confused when he blinked and Kaz wasn't sitting. Instead of pain, the parasite is making Tenor tired, as he had never fought against the parasite itself. Tenor has already accepted the being inside him now, as he had no reason not too.)
(well the way the parasite works is that it basically fuses with the host after radiation, so that it isn't feeding off them but giving them power. it's got kinda weird mechanics)
(oh, I thought it was said earlier that the radiation was in the pills, my bad!)
(okay, so basically the activator they were injected with caused the parasite to more or less cling to their DNA, and then the radiation in the pills made the parasite fuse to finalize the mutation. sorry, I'm not the best at elaborating ^^')
(Not your fault, what i was trying to say is that Kaz sat down in pain from the mutation beginning, and that Tenor is in the middle of the process, but not fighting it, as he has no reason too.)
(ohhh ok)
Kaz tilted his head confusedly at Tenor. He really needed to get this guy out of their room before he mutated and did something dangerous. Maybe even as bad as what he had done. "Let's just get you to your room, okay?" he insisted again, even speaking sending jolts of electricity through his veins
Aliana felt the throbbing grow worse. She squeezed her eyes shut and hummed louder, No now whatever you are. She started swaying in an attempt to clear her mind.
Tenor smiles and shakes his head. "Times are changing. We are changing. All we have to do it wait a little longer."
"Okay, you're going to your room," Kaz said, voice shaking ever so slightly. He could barely move without electricity shooting through his veins. He needed to get rid of it, needed to use his newfound powers to discharge some of the energy that was building up. But he couldn't, he wouldn't.
(i'm really sorry, but i have to go guys)
(it's all good)
(casually tries to revive)
Tenor doesn't go back. He won't. No more empty rooms. No more empty halls. No more empty heads. No more empty walls.
"I said get out!" Kaz shouted, and before he could stop himself violet electricity was arcing arouond his body. The lights in the room flickered and burst, and something black began to drip from Kaz's nose. "Get. Out!" he shouted again
Tenor's eyes fill with tears. An image, of tearing them out, rust pouring, staining. Would they realize then? Would they know then? Would they see then? That he isn't okay. Rust covered. Rust stained.
Kaz opens his mouth to shout again, but something seems to stop him. His head jerks to the side, black blood dripping from his nose as he slumps and falls to the floor. Purple electricity fizzles and dies around him as he hits the ground with a dull thud
Hands hovering anxiously. Tenor watches. Waits. Keeps Dae's head from cracking. White floors. White floors. No rust. Pushes Dae into a bed. Rest. Rest. Blissed darkness. Tenor watches.
(Hi!! I'm bk)
(Hi, I gtg)
Jules staggered down the hallway, trying to speak, she couldn't. Voices getting louder. "Help." she croaked out, throat dry from screaming. She made her way to Kaz' door. Her roommate standing over Kaz, covered in.. blood? "Hel-" she froze, blood, it smells metallic. It smells different when it's not burning. She slumped against the wall, head pounding, one of the voices was gone, Kaz'? " What the hell is going on?" She asked.
(Welp.. okay)
Vaughn had watched it all happen with wide, fearful eyes. “Kaz!” He exclaimed when the other collapsed. He leaned over him, hand pressed to the side of Kaz’s neck to feel for a pulse. What could he do besides check just in case? But Kaz was alright, and he turned to look at Tenor and the girl who had just come in. “Tenor, go into the bathroom and get a cup of water, okay? Can you do that for me?” He asked in a slow, calm tone. He had used the same voice when talking to his sister whenever she would throw a tantrum.
Tenor nods. Rust stained. Hands Rust stained. Water. Rust fading. Cup of water. Hurry up with that water, boy, 'e looks like 'e needs it. Bringing the cup back. Giving it to Proct. Siting. Mouth Rust stained.
“Thank you. Go start getting cleaned the bathroom or something, I can help you in a minute,” Vaughn said, taking the water from Tenor. He set it aside for the moment, planning on giving it to Kaz once he woke up. “Kaz? Come on, baby, come on. Wake up.”
Kaz groaned, rolling on his side as he winced. "Fuck, my head," he complained quietly, not opening his eyes because he knew that the light would just make his headache worse
Vaughn gently caressed Kaz’s cheek as he leaned over him. “It’s okay, you’re okay.. Just stay laying down for a moment, there’s a glass of water on the bedside table for you if you want it.”
Kaz gave a hum of acknowledgement, cracking an eye open so he could reach for the glass of water. He sat up a little, wincing as the movement caused his head to throb. He took a moment to mutter a few swears in German before taking a sip
Vaughn rested his hand on Kaz’s shoulder, gently rubbing. “Take it easy,” he warned, brow furrowed with concern. “What happened with that?”
"Dunno," Kaz murmured, taking another sip of his water. "All I know is that I felt like I was on a really strong caffeine high, and then I couldn't stop the electricity because Kaon was screaming at me, and then as soon as the electricity happened he….He did something, because I blacked out."
