Lillian responded curtly, "Fine."

“That’s good,” he sighed.

Lillian broke down and ask, "Are you still being nice because of Darren?"

“What do you mean?” He assumes she didn’t know.

“What do you mean?” He assumes she didn’t know.

"I know about the whole Darren threatening you," Lillian rolled her hand, "So you can stop acting. Which you suck at by the way."

Alek laughed, happy she didn’t know the whole story, “Right. Yeah. Definitely.”

Lillian sighed and pulled out a book. The way he spoke indicated some type of secret.

Darren's keeping secrets from you.~ And it's not the first time~

Be quiet. He has his reasons.

Alek sighed in relief.

Class ended and Darren was glad it did. He went to his thrird period class and sat down waiting for Lillian.

Lillian walked into third period and sat down next to Darren. The voice was egging her to say something about it. Confront him. No, confront Alek. Make him fall head over heels for the girl so she would truly be a slut. She ignored it and laid her head on the desk.

Darren’s face lit up when he saw Lillian. “Hey beautiful, you single?” He joked.

Lillian laughed as she put her hand up, "Do you see a ring?"

“Hmm empty,” he laughed, “I think I could fix that.”

Lillian blushed. She put her hand down and let out a fluttery laugh, "Well if you like it then you should put a ring on it."

“Challenge accepted,” he said winking at her.

Lillian's face grew redder. She put her head in the nooks of her elbows and said, "G-Great."

“Blushing again Mrs. Phoenix? This is becoming normal for you.” He laughed.

Lillian lightly slapped him, "It's not every day your boyfriend just casually announces that he would be willing to get…. Ya know."

“Married? It’s not a swear word and we aren’t nine.” He laughed.

Lillian's blush grew and she hissed, "I know. I j-just- I don't know."

“Mmhmm,” he laughed.

(We should go to lunch after this cause we never do that)
