Darren stood up and took Lillian's hand, shooting her a smile before going in the school and heading to their 1st class.
(YAY!)
Lillian smiled back as they walked into first period. She sat down in her usual seat.
Darren sat down next to her. He set a notebook down… He was prepared for class? There was a first time for everything.
Lillian looked over at Darren in mock shock, "Darren Anderson? Ready for class? What is this?"
"I want good grades before I die," He said in a joking tone before realizing he shouldn't have said that.
"Yeah," Lillian looked back at her desk, "I think we all want that."
Darren sighed, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that,"
Lillian sighed before looking back at him, "It's fine."
"I'm not going to die, I'll be fine. Although it might be too soon for cancer jokes right now."
Lillian smiled at him. She put her fingers close together, "Just a tad bit. Wait another week or so."
Darren laughed, "Okay sounds good,"
Lillian laughed along with him. The voice started again, Darren's going to die. Then who will protect you. You so dependent. Grow some balls women.
The teacher came out and class started, Darren took notes. He actually didn't know why he was doing this, it seemed pointless and he's never done it in the past. He looked at Lillian when he got bored, which was a lot.
Lillian, unlike Darren, paid attention in class the entire time. Which was a first for her. Maybe she wanted time to go slowly for her, just maybe.
Class ended and Darren looked at his notebook. He had quite a bit of notes and was kinda proud.
Lillian sighed as she put her notebook away. Second class, no Darren, but an Alec. He had gotten better after the whole 'incident' a while back.S he got up and looked to Darren.
“I have depression because I have to live through 2nd period without you.”
Lillian giggled, "It's not that bad. I see you in third period. Can you last a period for me?"
“For you? I guess,” Darren smiled.
Lillian went up and kissed him on the cheek, "Great. See ya third period?"
“Yeah see you in third,”
(Are we going through second period with Alek?)
(Sure!)
Lillian smiled and walked to her second period. She was in a pretty good mood.
Alek looked up and saw Lillian causing him to immediately look down and pretend not to see her.
Lillian spotted Alek. She ignored him as she sat down. She still wasn't sure of the details that had happened that day.
“Morning,” he mumbled to Lillian.
Lillian looked at Alek. Slightly surprised he was talking to her, "Morning."
“How’s your morning been going?” He said as kindly as he could.
