"U-um, yeah. It is," Thorn said.
"U-um, yeah. It is," Thorn said.
Wait, how would they do that? Oh. It was figurative. "Yes, blow some shit up." Luka nodded, pushing Axel along as his shoes clicked the tiled floor. There would be a louder sound on the floor if I was wearing high heels. The image of himself tap-dancing crossed his mind. I can make it work.
"Got any ideas?" Axel questioned as he glanced over his shoulder towards Luka. A few nurses bustled past, shooting them a few long looks.
"Not really." Luka caught Axel's eye for a moment and surveyed the area. They could leave the toilet seat up in the bathrooms?

"Let's see how much we can piss the nurses off before they snap," Axel answered, a faint smirk on his lips as he motioned towards the hallway. There were a few rooms where they kept medication and whatnot, and rummaging through them would surely bother them. But, what would Luka think of Axel's 'minor' addiction to his medicine? "Or, if you'd like, we can do something different. There are a few quieter places around here." He added, glancing back up at Luka.
"What do we do from there?" Axel was almost like the captain and Luka was the first mate. Not that they were pirates, but it was fun to hang out with someone his own age. What would they do in a quiet room anyway? Tell horror stories?
"I don't know," Axel shrugged, leaning forward in his wheelchair as he hummed in thought. "What were you saying about that playground earlier?" He asked curiously, glancing over his shoulder towards Luka.
"We can go out and have a picnic under the lunar eclipse. Fun, right? Oh, and it's supposed to be haunted." Luka waved his hands in the air, trying to be spooky.
"Yeah, spooky. I bet it is," Axel answered, chuckling as a small smile began to tug the corners of his lips up. "What's there? Ghosts of past nurses that are trying to make us take our medicine?"
"More like the ghosts of children who never left the hospital." Luka looked down, feeling a bit sad. "It sucks, doesn't it? Pandora and her stupid jar."
"U-um, yeah. It is," Thorn said.
"F*ck it," she mumbled before closing the distance between them. Her hand went into the other girl's hair as their lips met.
Thorn's eyes shut and she kissed Lana back. Her brain was fried.
It was like being high. Like a rush of all of the good emotions you could buy. She could barely think, only feel, feel, feel. If she could capture this feeling in a piece of art, she'd be the greatest artist in the world. She deepened the kiss, pulling Thorn closer.
Thorn felt her hands crawl up to Lana's hair. This was what she was missing. For some reason she felt whole in this moment. Like the sun could burn her and she would trust smile and laugh. Lana made her feel invincible.
After a long moment, Lana finally broke away from the kiss. Their faces were still inches apart. She gave a breathy giggle. "God. You taste like…cherry jello and moonlight."
(Does cherry jello taste good?)
(I've never tried it)
(But moonlight is delicious)
(I know that for a fact)
(lana is lyinnnng she's always trying to be poetic lmao)
Thorn smiled still feeling miles above the clouds, "And you taste like… I don't know how to describe it. I've never been good with words."
"That's okay," Lana said with another laugh. "So…when we go to the movies tonight. Is it a date now?"
Thorn laughed quietly, "Um, I guess it is. If you want it to be that is."
"Okay, then I'm officially asking you out," Lana said, kissing her nose.
Thorn felt her face heat up again, "L-like on a date? Or as in girlfriend and girlfriend. Because I never know which is which."
"Let's not over-complicate things," she recommended, grinning at Thorn's blush. "We're going on a date. That's it."
Thorn nodded, "S-sounds good. Sorry it's been awhile since…. Well ya know."
"Me too," she admitted with a wry grin.
Thorn felt her face get redder, "O-okay then. So, uh, what now?"
"I don't know. It's probably about 6:30 now." Lana shrugged. She was trying to focus on anything else because Thorn's blushing was not helping. Her heart was still racing.
Thorn listened for a second, as well as she could with her obnoxious heartbeat. She spoke, "Yeah. We should get going."
“Does that mean I can still tease you?” Kaz asked, a playful glint coming to his eye as he rested his head in the palm of one hand
“Do whatever you want, I don’t care,” Vaughn responded, a slight mumble in his tone. He crossed his arms over his chest, his expression growing unreadable.
Kaz smirked devilishly. “Then…can I do this?” He asked before leaning over the table and pressing a quick peck to Vaughn’s cheek
Vaughn’s eyes widened at the sudden kiss from Kaz. His face grew a shade of noticeable red, and he could feel his heart beat faster. “I thought you were talking about words, not actions,” he mumbled, a muscle in his jaw ticking.
“Well, you can tell me to stop at any time,” Kaz hummed in a singsong voice before beginning to press slow kisses to various spots on Vaughn’s face. He couldn’t help but grin as he moved, loving the way Vaughn’s face turned red a little more than he should
