“And what might that include?” Victoria asked.

"Taking the oath. Oh and handing over any valuables."

“I don’t have any, so that won’t be a problem,” Victoria smiled.

"Cad! Get the oath book!"

Cicada rushed off and grabbed the book. She returned to Duke and handed it to him, "Here you go."

“Whelp, that’s thick,” Victoria muttered, pointing to the book.

"Thank you." He took it and flipped through it's many pages. "Ah here we go! Let's see…." He read a bit. "Do you solemnly swear to remain loyal to the Alastor Gang?"

“The Alastor Gang?”

"That's what we're called."

"Don't ask why. Just go with it."
