(Sure)
(Bet you can't guess who imma hurt :D jkthere'sliterallyonlytwooptions)
(Do you wanna go or…?)
(Sweet.)
Lillian adjusted herself in the seat. Her back still felt weird.
(Should we just say they've been rehearsing bc I'm impatient lmao)
(Lol yeah.)
(Got it)
Lloyd was rehearsing his lines when he heard a clink of metal. He turned towards the source and froze, his eyes widening. "Nate! Get out of the way!" But it was too late. The confused boy was struck hard on the shoulder by the heavy sandbag, knocking him to the ground.
Lillian got up to help. She fell back to the ground and her hand became a fist. She sighed, "Not another Scottish Play."
"Nate! No, no, no, no, no…." Lloyd ran over to his little brother, dropping his script. "Wake up… please wake up…" Nathaniel's shoulder was clearly broken, as well as his collarbone. He seemed to be unconscious. "God, I think this play is just as cursed as Macbeth…"
Lillian looked up, "Don't say the name!"
She adjusted herself so she was leaning against the chair, "I'll call an ambulance."
Lloyd nodded, carefully picking up Nathaniel and holding him tightly while they waited for the ambulance to arrive.
Lillian got off the phone and waited for EMS to arrive. She sighed and forced herself up. She wobbled a bit and grabbed onto the chair.
Nathaniel stirred a bit, but didn't wake up. Lloyd paced anxiously, feeling like the ambulance was taking forever. We'd already be there if we'd taken Val…
Lillian watched as the responders arrived and ran up to Nathaniel. One walked over to her, but she directed them to Nathaniel. *It probably was because I'm so wobbly."
Lloyd insisted on riding in the ambulance with Nathaniel, and that Dallian could come too. They agreed and Lloyd sat in the ambulance, watching his brother's placid face worriedly.
Lillian let out a long sigh, "How are you doing Lloyd?"
"I'm…" He wanted to say 'fine', but couldn't bring himself to do so. "Oh, god, who am I kidding?! I'm terrified! Who cares if I get hurt? But Nate! Oh, no… w-what if I lose him too?" He locked eyes with Lillian, his eyes filled with fear and anxiety.
Lillian looked back with as much warmth and comfort she could muster at the moment, "He seems to be doing fine."
She muttered to herself, "A lot better than me, but he doesn't deserve this."
Lloyd groaned, leaning his head on the cot and trying not to cry. "W-Why did I ever have to get stuck on this cursed earth?! Nate's hurt and it's all my fault!"
Lillian gently placed a hand on Lloyd's shoulder, "It's not your fault. It was just bad luck, that's all."
My bad luck.
Lloyd flinched a bit at suddenly being touched, but said nothing. He looked up at Nathaniel. He seems pretty peaceful, at least… but then again, he's unconscious…
Lillian removed her hand and placed it on her lap. She sighed.
(Should we wait for Typhoon now)
(Idk what to do)
(Same. We wait.)
(Gonna sleep fam byeeeeee)
