"Wow," Lillian said, "That's amazing."

When Darren was done he handed Lillian the bottle to look at as he laid down. "My mom used to use that stuff all the time so I wouldn't get scars." Darren smiled, happy he thought of it.

Lillian looked at the bottle. She saw Darren was smiling and smiled too, "That's great. I'm sorry this has just been such a mess. I'm a mess."

"You are not the only one who is a mess," He said pointing to his head, "We'll get through this together… with Lloyd." He said letting out a laugh.

Lillian laughed, "With Lloyd. Speaking of him, was he there when I collapsed? If so we should tell him I'm okay."

"He was… Do you want me to call him?"

"Yeah," Lillian said.

"Well have to tell him in person… Do we honestly believe that he has a phone?"

Lillian sighed, "You're right. Do you know if I can leave?"

"When I was in the hall they said unless you feel like you need to stay overnight for safety reasons you can go whenever," Darren said standing up. "I just assumed you would stay at my place until they took care of your mother."

Lillian slowly swung her legs off the bed, "Yeah. You assumed correctly. So shall we go?"

“We shall!” He said with a smile offering a hand to Lillian.

Lillian took his hand and pulled herself off the bed. She wobbled a bit before grabbing onto Darren. It may have been only her back that was injured, but it was the blood loss that made her weak.

Darren willing supported her outside and to his car. "Where do we go now?"

Lillian looked at him. she had her knees pulled up to her chest, "What time is it?"
