Harley looked up at the girl Alex as she sat down. She knew that she wanted to get to know her better so she waited until end of class to talk to her

Alex nodded and strolled over to the girl Kelly and took a seat. "Hi." She greeted cheesily.

"Hey," Kelly smiled. A tiny bit of her crumbled inside at the girl's flippant greeting, but she didn't show it.

Alex looked at her shirt. "Oh my gosh you like Marvel too? You're like the first person ever that I've met that likes marvel." She gushed out in excitement.

"Diddo! I adore it! Who's your favorite Avenger?" Kelly whispered back when Mrs. Tettia's back was turned.

Alex had to think for a second. "I honestly can't chose, its either Iron Man or Thor." She whispered as she kept her eye on the teacher.

"I love Iron Man. He's probably my fourth favorite. I like Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, and Black Widow."

"Yeah I like Doctor Strange too, I think he's my third, Scarlet Witch and Black Widow rock too. Do you think the guardians of the galaxy count too? (Did you watch Infinity Wars?)

"I guess. They are separate from the Avengers up until Infinity War." (Yes)

Kelly felt her phone buzz in her pocket and looked at it to see that Venus had texted her back.

VENUS: Um his name is Ender

Kelly showed Paige the text quickly and turned back to whisper to Alex, "What's your favorite MCU movie?"

"I don't know, I can't really chose. Some top ones are Thor: Ragnarok, Age of Ultron, Civil War, and Infinity War." She decided.

"Dr Strange and Infinity War, definitely. Or Civil War, yeah. I love the airport fight scene!" Kelly responded. Mrs. Tettia was really off today.

Harley heard them talking about marvel and joined in. “Y’all talking about marvel? “ she asked

Kelly nodded but sat back quickly once Mrs. Tettia turned around again. She surveyed the class before facing the Smartboard once more. "Why won't this blasted thing work?" she hissed. Kelly leaned forward again. "Yeah," she whispered to the girl who asked. "Let's talk later. What lunch do y'all have?"

“I do t know haven’t checked my schedule yet. But since were in the same grade I think it’s at the same time.” Harley replied

Kelly nodded, keeping an eye on Mrs. Tettia. "Meet up at lunch?"

“Sure! I have math then art then lunch. Meet outside by the big tree or inside by the lunch line?” She said pulling out her schedule

"Tree," Kelly responded, pulling out her schedule and glancing at Mrs. Tettia. "Science, then French."

“Ok but I might be late by two minutes. I heard they have some pretty good food here so I’m going to get some lunch then come.” She replied ducking her head when Mrs. Tettia looked up

"I'll probably do the same thing," Kelly agreed.

Mrs. Tettia heard whispers and turned around quickly, eyeing the classroom. Just what I need. A troublemaking new student.
