After deciding where to spend the night, Kira hesitantly sat down. In the dark, her eyes were still adjusting, and she could barely see everyone. Shey was very far away from Kira, and Kira was perfectly fine with that. Michael next to Shey, Amber next to Michael, Ariene was next to Amber. And everyone was opposite Kira. And Kira was perfectly fine with that.

Amber took a deep breath in and looked up at the stars. She put her hands behind her head and lay there looking up quietly. It had been a long day.

Amber couldn't sleep and decided to take the last shift. She sat up and looked around her for any signs of trouble in the darkness.

Kira couldn't sleep, so she rested her eyes and thought. Not about anything in particular, just plain thought. So, today had been pretty interesting, if she could use that word to describe her day. She'd climbed down her tower. Climbed down! Didn't even use the stairs! She just left. She left her. Tower. She left her tower. Her tower. She opened her eyes and screamed.

Amber heard Kira's childish scream and turned, instantly rushing to her side. "Kira! What's wrong?"

"I left! I just left! Nobody knows where I am! Heck, I didn't even tell Molly! Nobody knows where I am! I just left! What am I even doing here? Why did I even come? I just left! I didn't say goodbye to Molly! Molly, Molly, Molly, Molly, Molly. No. No. No. No…" Kira couldn't stop shaking. Everyone was up now, staring at her. "But I left Molly."

Amber looked around as everyone sat up, rubbing their eyes. "Everything's fine guys." She said to the others. Then whispered to Kira, "If you want, I can take you back right now. If you want to keep doing this we can go back and leave a note then come back here. But just quiet down."

"No, no, it's fine, it's just…" Kira trailed off and stared into space. "Molly doesn't know." She couldn't stop shaking, even as she laid down, even as Amber tried desperately to calm her, Kira just couldn't.

Amber stood. "Kira come with me." Amber lifted Kira on to Duchess and hopped on behind her. "We're going to go for a little ride. It helps calm me down."

"Okay." Kira felt herself being lifted onto a horse. She didn't feel anything, just shaking. She was nervous. She was scared.

Amber shot Kira a sympathetic look. She knew it probably wasn't the same but she remembered the first time she went off in the night on an adventure. "It's gonna be alright. We'll get you back by dawn I promise." Rode around slowly and stopped every now and then for Amber to show Kira the constellations.

Silver. The starts were silver. Black. Velvet. The sky. Blurry. Everything else. Riding on a horse was fun, and after a few stops to look at the stars, Kira was back to normal. But Molly… No. Molly doesn't know. So what. You're above that. You're the princess. You don't worry about simple maids. But Molly… Silver. The stars were silver.

Amber stopped one last time. "Kira. No matter what happens the stars are constant. No matter how much your life changes, the stars won't. If you ever feel like the world is changing constantly, look at the stars. Focus on them. Nothing else matters at the moment."

But, Molly matters… Silver. The stars- Molly doesn't know… The stars are- Molly "Lets head back to camp." Molly. No.

"Sure. Sounds fine to me. I'll wake you up before the dawn so you can get to the castle in time."

"We don't need to go to the castle. I'm fine. Really."
