Thaleth slid out of the hangar cab with his belongings in hand. He didn't bring much, just his usual clothes and the equipment he hadn't sent for pre-packing. The one unusual thing was the pistol, sitting in its holster, banging uncomfortably on his leg as he walked.
As far as fighting goes, Thaleth was by no means trained, and so on any other day he wouldn't have even bothered with a weapon. But his friend from High School had lent it to him, with specific instructions to bring it along whenever he felt like he needed some luck.
He figured now was as good a time as any.
He approached the inventory stockers, taking a second to give one of them a hand with his own gear, then nodded to the lead stocker.
"Thaleth Dante, science officer. Fresh off the Iroquois with orders to accompany this ship."
Kamryn stood by the door to greet all the new arrivals. She needed to meet with the Science officer to ask about the distress signal.
Thaleth strode into the ship, and the first thing he saw was a woman with the insignia of a first mate on her uniform. He went to greet her.
"Heya, ma'am. I'm Thaleth Dante, ship's science officer. You're Kamryn, right?"
"Yes you must be Thaleth." She smiled warmly, "Welcome on board! Now i have some questions about the distress signal if you don't mind me asking. Do you know anything about it?" She asked curiously
Thaleth smiled back. He was already liking this assignment better than the Iroquois. His old XO had been a bit of a pain in the rear.
"Nothing the briefings and info drives didn't already tell us. Agnodd station, a research facility, working on some project HQ's kept classified, went dark a year ago. No signal, no drone readings, no anything. Son of a gun didn't even pop up on a radar scan. Distress signal came from a different locale, but bears the same tag. HQ wants us to take a look." He frowned as he considered the information. "I can offer a theory on the sudden signal, but it doesn't really explain much otherwise."
Zoya walks up to the ship, bag of extra medical equipment in her bag. She bets that they won't have half the equipment she needs.
Once Alex had finished packing all her weapons and supplies, she slung the bag over her shoulder before walking over towards the ship. "Kamryn right?" She asked
Kamryn looked over as someone new walked up. Showing a guarded face, she inches her hand closer to her belt “yes whose asking?” She replied
"Alex, weapons specialist." She introduced herself and wasn't phased by the guarded face she showed.
Wade walks through the hangar, looking at each ship until he sees the J.H. Voyager. "Wade Davis, navigator, reporting to the J.H. Voyager," He says, getting nods from the crew members before heading into the ship.
“Ah just the person I wanted to meet. Thank you for the information Thaleth.” She turned back to the girl “ now what information do you have in regards to weapons used on Agnodd station?” She asked.
"I was assigned to this mission, so I think I know what Im doing." She replied a bit annoyed. Oh so they get to waltz through and I cant? Im disgusted. She thought to herself in annoyance.
Thaleth nodded and moved into his quarters. There wasn't much to move in. A picture here, the gun there, remote access to his equipment at the edge of his bed for quick access. He set his pocketwatch down on the table open, gazing at the picture within.
I'm here now, Sis. Where are you?
"I was assigned to this mission, so I think I know what Im doing." She replied a bit annoyed. Oh so they get to waltz through and I cant? Im disgusted. She thought to herself in annoyance.
“Well there’s a reason as to why your here but I would like to know if there were any weapons used on Agnodd.” Kamryn responded crossing her arms. Turning her back she gestured to Alex “follow me. I will take you to your quarters.”
Alex raised her hands in annoyance. "Seriously! Commander Alan will hear about this. He was the one who assigned me to this mission personally." She snarled and stayed in her spot.
Zoya walks up to the ship and notices two women sorta fighting. "Is there a problem here?" She asked, hoping she hadn't overstepped her boundaries.

“For your information I was assigned here by the captain to ask the crew what they do that they can be approved on board. And you walked up to me I didn’t ask you to do that.” Kamryn growled
"OK, just ignore the African doctor, it's fine," Zoya mutters as she walks past them onto the ship.

Kamryn looks as someone passes by “Oh, are you Zoya? The doctor?” She asked “I needed to know if we had to take some special precautions before going to Argnodd.” Kamryn replied
"Yes, I am. And no, as long as we have all the equipment I need. I will go check now."
“Alright the medical room is downstairs room 1A-D and the hospital is room 1A-S. If you need anything let me know and I’ll let the captain know.” She smiled at her
"Thank you," Zoya nods, and walks in.
Kamryn nods her head and asks on the ships intercom, “all members related to the Arganodd mission report to the main meeting area in one hour that’s room 2D-R meeting in one hour.” She then went to her room to shower and get ready before meeting the crew.
Thaleth smiled, took up his pocket watch and started for the meeting room. He was already fairly well set, so there wasn't much to prepare for, this time around.
