Amber sighs. "It was something I would do. We're all tense that's why we fell for it so easily."

Amber back up her hands up in defense. "Woah woah woah. You're just being kind of annoying right now. Is your hand okay?"

"For real though, was the growling just you princess? Or was it really something else?"

"My hand is fine." Kira took a deep breath. "Let's keep going." She avoided Michael's question.

Michael returned to silence ashamed for shouting at his princess.

Amber turns to Ariene. "I'm pretty sure we would be able to tell if Kira was the one growling. We need to keep moving. The more we stay put the easier it is for the creatures to find us."

"yeah, you're right," Ariene responds

Amber lowers her bow but keeps it knocked. (I do archery so I know the terminology and stuff. It's super fun btw.) The growling continues at a steady volume. Amber whispers under her breath. "I think it's following us."

-Lucky gets into a fighting position and starts to growl- "Yeah, i agree, and it seems like it's getting closer…"

Amber turns slowly in a circle, bow raised. "COME OUT OF HIDING! WE'RE NOT AFRAID OF YOU!" A rustling. Amber prematurely fires her bow.

Rushing to pick up her arrow, she leans down. Something chomps at her arm as she pulls it up off the ground. She shakes it off and it runs into the bushes. "What was that?" Amber winces in pain as she looks at the blood coming out of her forearm.

Michael stands in a protective stance before Kira "whatever it is its not in our best interest to give it another free strike!"

"Are you okay?!" What happened!?" Ariene asks Amber

Amber wipes her arm with her sleeve. "I'm alright, but Micahel's right. We can't let it strike again."

"Yeah." -Ariene quickly knocks her arrow and draws back the string, ready to take on whatever creature it was-

Amber does the same and the whole group searches the bushes with their ears for the creature.

Ariene tells Lucky to search, and after a while, he starts barking at a bush behind everyone. Ariene quickly calls Lucky back so he doesn't get hurt and points her arrow to the bush, ready for a creature to pop out at any second-

Michael readies his blade hearing movement he stops the group

Shey follows them and crawls into a bush.

Shey then playfully roles out of the bush. And starts to laugh.

Kira looked around her, people were apparently searching for the thing that wanted to kill them? So everyone had a death wish, wow.

"Guys, its in there," Ariene said, pointing the bush Lucky was growling at.

The group inches forward. Amber raises her hand above her hand with a five fingers up on it. She began to count down, the group tenses and prepares to strike.

Her final finger drops and Michael slices the bush up and two arrows fly into it's open face as well as 2 swords.

"Great then let's go there." Kira followed everyone else looking for their deaths, not knowing what was up with her. She wasn't at all normally like this. What was up?
