Madelyn slipped off her hat as she has done so many times and reached into the void. She pulled out a small bottle and eye dropper. "It doesn't take much and if we want to use him or start to trust him I also have enlargement cakes."

Altheia looked up Arnold then sleepily and said “although those like me who still want to sleep, I can use a wake up spell and make us more alert?”

“Dude, how many spells do you have?” Reyna grumbled as she hugged her knees to her chest.

“Man, Maddie, how many potions and such do you have..?” Cade asked.

"I am from a family of crafts men," She smiled, "We take pride in our work, and we make more than hats. Sense I can't cast like our fairy friend here I have to be more creative with magic. I don't even make most them I can just active dormant powers." She used her foot to roll the giant on to his back and then knelt down to open his mouth. She let two drops fall into his mouth. "I am skilled at utilizing magic, not creating it." Trying to be the source could hurt me.

Chelsea nodded thoughtfully.

Cade walked over to Reyna, he crouched down, “Are you okay?”

“Yeah,” she said quickly, looking up at him. “I-i’m Fine.”

Slowly the giant started to shrink, then it quickly started to speed up not stoping until the giant was now about the size of a mouse. "Excuse me, Altheia, do you have a spell that makes a cage or something that we can keep him in?"

A blush crept up Cade’s cheeks, he wrapped his arm around Reyna, giving her a… side hug?

“It’s my mom,” she said after a moment. “She’s powerful and we both know it. In more ways than one. Whatever’s got here, it has to be even more powerful and that scares me. I’m also scared of what happened to them. Whatever is happening to them. It’s terrifying, the thought of it. We weren’t that close but she is my mother.”

“Yeah, I understand. Now that you bring it up. The thing must be terrifying. It can somehow go through the ‘Chesire realm’ if it was able to take my dad…”

“This thing scares me,” she said softly, eyes closed. “And I don’t scare easy. That must say something important about it.”

“I know, I know…”

She settled in a little more, snuggling up closer against him. Sleepily, she murmured, “You’re warm.”

“I try.” Cade grinned.

“I don’t think that’s how it works, love.”

“Being warm makes me more huggable and lovable.” Cade stated matter-of-factly.

“You’re plenty lovable to begin with,” she laughed, opening her eyes to look at him for a moment before closing them again.

“T-thanks… you too.” Cade mumbled.

“HEY LOVEBIRDS!” Altheia yelled “we have to move now! Also Maddie I do have a cage she said bringing a cage out of her bag.”
