Lars headed up the ramp and made his way to cockpit. "Hold on I just gotta input the coordinates….."

“Well, I’m in no rush,” Victoria said.

Lars typed furiously and pressed enter. He waited as the ship calculated the course. It beeped. "Ah great we're only a few planets away."

“Yaaayyyy,” Victoria said sarcastically.

"Strap yourself in Vic. We have to maneuver through a asteroid belt before we get there."

“Hooray,” Victoria muttered, strapping herself into a seat next to the pilot’s. “ETA?”

"30 minutes." Lars flipped a switch and the ship hummed.

“Works for me,” Victoria said, leaning back in her seat. “Let’s go die in an active war zone!”

//I will be on and off today cause my aunt and uncle are coming over

"Hell yeah." Lars grabbed the wheel and the ship slowly lifted. "If we don't get smashed by a reeling asteroid first."

“That is correct. Although I did equip several new sheild inventions of mine… hopefully they’ll work,” Victoria said wistfully. “If they don’t, then we’re stuck relying on Lars’s piloting skills.”

"Thanks for the mode of confidence." Lars nudged her foot with his.

“No problem,” Victoria laughed. “But don’t worry. My stuff should work. I just didn’t have time to go over my calculations twice for good measure.”

"Well you made them so I'm sure they'll work fine!" Lars said as they broke through the atmosphere.

“Hopefully,” Victoria nodded. “And thanks.”

Lars took a deep breath as they neared the asteroid belt. "Tell Neku and Odin to hold onto something. This might get bumpy."

“Hold onto something!” Victoria yelled in the direction of her friends. “This might get bumpy!”
