Kimana fist pumped and ran out the door. She closed her eyes and focused hard. glancing through the doorway she saw a mirror of herself standing there and sat down on her phone, not really wanting to engage at the moment but not wanting them to think she ditched.
"You guys can go home now, and if you need rides home they can be provided."
Kimana stood up carefully and walked in a way that her duplicate could get to the door and out. Once she was out Kimana broke her own concentration and the duplicate dissipated. Kimana whooped and ran to the elevator. She was gonna a be a real superhero. Maybe she could even get the suit she had been imagining in her brain!

Alex slowly shook her head. "Actually, I'll be ok, but thanks." She rejected the request before melting into the shadows.
Kimana did a little dance in the elevator as it traveled down all 40 something floors.
"I can just take the bus. It stops right outside my apartment." Megan smiled as she looked around the room. Tomorrow, lobby, 4:30. she repeated over and over in her head.

Avery made her way back to the cafe and got a hot chocolate and a donut. Looking around she yawned. She had been awake sinc 8:00 working in her suit.
Oliver closed his locker door and looked down at his watch. His hands shook in anticipation. This was going to be a long day.

Meanwhile, Kimana had woken up at 7:45 to sketch out her costume idea(s) and was just now realizing it was time to go. She duplicated herself and held up the sketch in front of the duplicate. "Nice." She saw the clock. "GOSH DARNIT IS IT THAT TIME ALREADY???" She threw her bag over her shoulder and watched as the duplicate did the same. She waved it away. "I'M GONNA BE LATE FOR A SUPER AWESOME MEETING!"
Megan tapped her pencil against her desk, looking across the classroom and watching the cars zoom by outside. She was super excited for the meeting, but also super nervous.
Kimana walked, sorry, ran into the elevator as it was closing behind one of the other girls (Holly if that's alright). She stood there, awkward and out of breath, as it climbed the 47 levels.
Avery was already seated at the chairs playing with some vines as she waited for the others to come. Hearing the eve site ding, she sat up straight but continued to play with the vine
Megan jumped up excitedly as the last bell rang. She grabbed her backpack and ran out of the school, hoping on her bike and rushing off to the tower.
Kimana dove breathlessly out of the elevator and plopped into a chair in the room.
Avery looked up as a girl practically du ed into a chair. “Oh hi! I know it’s still early but would you like some fruit? That always wakes me up in the mornings.”
Kimana nodded, panting. "Sure, why not."
“What would you like?” She asked smiling

Growing a large bush of strawberries, Avery also fashioned a small wide bowl out of some leaves and gave them to Kimana to pick and out in her bowl.
"Check this out. I can duplicate myself." Kimana said before devouring 3 strawberries at once. Then while she chewed them she closed her eyes and generated enough Kimanas to take up every seat. She focused on one at a time, making them wave in turn.
Eyes widening in shock “woah that’s so cool!”
"Thanks! It takes a lot of energy though to do it over long distances. Wanna see some of my super suit ideas?" Kimana was really excited.
