the pack doctor is claimed by @Becfromthedead but you could be a commoner. they are just the other members of the pack and you can choose what you want to be

ok to clear this up:
@BrownMouse Asked to be beta. she is a female so she is the beta female. she is my beta the two of us are mateless. she then meets her mate, You, and you are then given the title of beta male or Beta.
@JellyBeanIris sorry for the confusion, but since you do get a mate, you needed to be 3rd female so your mate could be 3rd. don't worry though, you don't lose or gain power, you just have somone sharing responsibilities.
think of it this way there is a beta and 3rd for the luna and a beta and 3rd for the Alpha
