As Thanatos ventured further within the forest something ran by him startling him. "Who's there" He questioned. Suddenly the thing had pounced on him, he fell back and hit his head on a rock and he yelped loud enough for the others to here and was knocked out cold.

Maddie dropped her bag to the ground and took the fabric shears from there sheath. In one smooth movement she pulled the blades apart forming two daggers. "That didn't sound good."

Oliver nodded in agreement and turned towards Quinn, sharing the same crooked grin as the boy. "Come on, Quinny, let's go plunge into a perilous adventure into the darkest areas of the forest!" He exclaimed, ruffling Quinn's hair and pulling out an arrow from his quiver.

“C’mon LET’S GO!” Cade grinned, grabbing Chelsea’s arm.

"Coming, Oli," Quinn exclaimed, grinning brightly as he jumped onto Cade's back again. "Forge ahead, noble steed!"

Maddie took off towards the sound in a full dash. Wonderland is in a constant start of war, She thought to her self, Even if you wished for peace It would be foolish to not train people to fight. This is something we should be able to handle.

Susan grabbed Altheia's arm. She wasn't going to let go no matter what.

Maddie spinning around, and swinging with the blade in her right hand, "Accendo," She shouted bringing the blade down on the scaly creature behind her. The moment the word left her mouth the edge of the blade ignited with fire. The tactic forced the beast back and bought Maddie enough time to get into a proper fighting stance.

"Quinn, get over here," Oliver called out, ready to let an arrow fly loose. Quinn ran towards him, looking for anything that could be used as a weapon. He could use his time manipulation, but it drained him quickly.

Thanatos' body began to spasm sporadically and his eyes rolled back in his head.

Maddie held the flaming blade between her and the beast. "Well aren't you horrifying," she said to the creature.
