Cato brought up a sheild and only stumbled slightly when the girl’s dagger hit his sheild with a lots, reverberating clang. “Nice try.” He pulled another dagger out of thin air and aimed for Val’s side.

She yelped as it hit her side and darted back, the tattoo showing clearly.

Cato froze, noticing the wreath on her neck that was identical to his. “Crap. Can I leave now?”

“No. Why? Scared you’re going to lose?” She hissed. A million needles appeared in front of her, aimed at Cato.

“Yay. Pain. No but tattoo uh yeah they match I’m rambling please let me go,” Cato rushed. He conjured a mass of daggers to counter Val’s needles and held them up in front of him, using them as both a sheild and a defensive play.

Her needles dropped and fear and uncertainty flashed across her face. She stood for a moment, staring at him, eyes flicking to his neck, before dropping all her illusions in favor for one of invisibility.

“Yay, now I can’t see you. My name is Cato, etc, etc, sorry for trying to kill you. Can I please go now?!” Cato grumbled.

Valerie panicked and ran, not hearing a word. The path to the door was left open.

Cato ran out the door, panicking slightly. What the heck she’s not my soulmate she tried to kill me nononononono.

Elm looked behind to see a girl on the ground. he uses his water ability and solidifies it around her. using some air he boosts himself over the 'wall' of water and smirks at the girl.
"Well, well, looks like I've caught a dragon fish."he smirks. "And what do they call you?"

Phoenix backed up from the fight, confused, as she realised some of the supers and villians had matching tattoos… But how? They were good, and the others were evil. It wasn't supposed to happen that way. At least no such thing was happening to her…
