The healer went over to Ariene who reluctantly let her heal her. "Feeling any better?" amber asked.

-Ariene stays silent. She didn't want to pass her sadness on to others, so she pulled herself together and stopped herself from crying.-

Amber realizes what building she is at and puts two and two together. "Oh. Right. I'm so sorry." coughs awkwardly. "Find any survivors?

"I'm fine, Shey is in worse of a condition," Ariene said. She paused before continuing. "…There weren't-…we didn't find any survivors…"

"Are you sure? Maybe we should-" Amber catches sight of Ariene's face and realizes that the hope inside is gone. As gone as the people in the city.

-Ariene gets up slowly- "We should check on Shey."

Yes of course. Ariene joins Amber on Duchess and the healer rides closely behind. "She's in the center of town." Amber spots Michael and Shey at the edge of the center. Shey appears to be unconscious. "What's going on?"

"Was she hurt by the dragon? Or do you think it could have been the poison?!"

"Poison!" Michael carries Shey to them "get her out of here! "

-Ariene grabs Shey and brings her on top of the Healer's horse.- "We need to get back up to the hill!"

Amber nods briefly before rushing off with Shey and Ariene. "Will do."

Michael rounds up the surviving knights and they retreat from the raging dragon

Amber calls out to Michael down below. "COME UP HERE LEAVE THE DRAGON! TRUST ME I HAVE A PLAN"

-Ariene wonders what this plan could be-

The Knights arrive with Michael at the top of the hill. All are nervous and hesitant. "The dragon knows you are here. That's the point. There aren't many cities nearby and if we can get him into these woods we can take him down. He's too tall to see us under the trees."

"That's true, but the forest will set fire, wood is even more flammable that stone, and we all saw what happened to the town."

Amber thinks. "I didn't think of that. What if we got something down his throat. Then he couldn't use his fire. If we can get him to choke on an arrow we may be able to take him down. It's risky but it might just work."

"Great idea!"

"It'll have to be timed perfectly."

-Ariene pulls out her bow and draws back an arrow- "Amber, this will have to be a coordinated attack, we have to hit it at the same time."
