“Not really, only to check up on the place.” I moved a cover off a seat and sat down.
“Not really, only to check up on the place.” I moved a cover off a seat and sat down.
Crash returned with a substantially larger boulder, which he pulled in front of the entrance. "I like it better here. It doesn't smell of humans as much."
(Daaangg it, I gotta go X( Be back in an hour-ish!)
(Okie, I’ve go to go as well, bye xx)
(I'm here whenever you get time, no rush ^^)
(Kay, I’m here. I can’t stay for long but I’ll get back when I can)
(Ok)
"Thanks, Crash." Luke sat down nearby and took a breath. "Okay. Should we start making a plan for dealing with our little problem next, or do we need a quick rest first?"
“Let’s clean up. I don’t wanna be living in a dusty place” I said
Crash sneezed loudly. "Good idea. Badgers lived in here last summer." He went to the back of the main room to poke around.
"Oh yeah," Luke said. "I guess I'm used to living in a pigsty from my time on the streets. Cleaning up's a good idea."
I pulled up the covers of the seats and started to pull things out of boxes. “I really should have come here more often if i knew i was having quests”
Crash's head came up. "Bats in here," he said. "I'll get 'em." He stalked into the shadows.
Luke changed his mind about following the demon and came to help you. "Feeling a little better about outwitting a god today? I am."
I shrugged “I still think we will loose”
"We might not. There's gotta be a weakness we can exploit, or an enemy of his we could suck up t–I mean, befriend. As a last resort, we could always try to make some kind of deal with him, on our terms this time. Maybe there's something less harmful to us that we could offer him." Luke shrugged as well. "I'm just brainstorming here."
“I guess”
(I’ve go to go but I’ll get back when I can xx)
(ok seeya ^^)
Luke carefully stacked up some dishes, his brow furrowed in concentration. "I wonder if there's someone we could find who knows more about Blake, somebody who could give us advice or even protect us. It's a big city, he's bound to have some powerful rivals nearby."
(I’m back but not for long)
I dusted down some of the shelves “Yeah, if we wanna take him down we have t be strategic”
"Definitely. I'll do some more scouting later today, maybe drop back into the city and see if I can't track somebody down."
“O..ok” I didn’t like the idea but I knew it was worthless trying to argue “Ju…just don’t get hurt”
(Annnnnnnnnd I’m gone! talk soon x)
He flashed you a grin. "You know me." Turning, he called back into the caves. "Hey, Crash, how are the bats?"
"All gone," Crash replied distantly. "Seen any other animals?"
"Nope."
"Dangit."
(Ok ^^)
(I gotta go to supper myself, be back soon)
(And I'm back)
(Same)
(great)
"Got a broom, Mads?" Luke asked, kicking at the leaves and dirt on the floor. "I'll put this junk in a corner or something."
“Yeah, I’ll go get it” I moved down a hall and grabbed an old broom and brought it back “here” I said handing it to him
"Thanks. Sorry, you don't mind me calling you Mads, do you?" Luke started sweeping the debris into a pile. "It just slipped out."
“N..no it’s fine” I kept dusting the cabinets and unloading boxes. I had a lot more stuff then I realised
"Good. Just making sure."
Crash came back into the room, twirling a tiny animal skull between his fingers. "Hey, Maddie, is it safe for me to go outside now? I could get us some fresh food."
“Yeah, just dont go to far away,” I threw him a device “put it on, it helps me track you.”
He examined it suspiciously. "I don't like it…..but fine." He shoved it in his pocket, zipping up the top so it wouldn't fall out. "Be back later." Moving the boulder slightly, he slipped outside and shifted it back once more.
