Aw thanks, i know that’s good advice, but i just HATE honey
The honey is completely optional, I personally like it in my tea so I use it, but you don't have to. The tea being warm will also help. I sometimes put milk in it instead of honey for the throat, but also optional and not smart if your lactose (I am. occasionally I add milk) I hope you feel better. Also, If you don't like peppermint tea, Ginger, Chamomile, Cinnamon, Lemon, and Green tea also help with the throat and congestion. I generally just recommend warm tea
