"That's stupid," was all he said, leaning against the wall.

"Most humans are. We djinn," She flipped her hair. "Are above all that of course."

Malachi flinched at the sound of Xavier returning. He wasn't sure he liked the man.

Pretending to the fact that he was human, he glared at her. "Thanks, really appreciate that," he deadpanned.

"And I'm a Angel of Death, a being higher then a Djinn." He added, staring down at her.

"Oh, sorry. You're one of the good ones." She scratched the back of her neck. "At least, I think you are. I don't really know you."

He smiled evilly, a natural hobbit. "Nah, my brother is the evil on, I hate him and would gladly kill him."

It really didn't matter what her opinion was, she was an enemy. "It's okay," he said

Malachi shivered. Definitely not a fan of Xavier.

"My brother tried to kill my son… and my wife.. and me and my sons girlfriend, then he tried to frame it all on me."

"Wow. Did you, uh, get rid of him?"

Oh. Well that made more sense.

"Yep.. We cut of his wings, took away his powers and threw him in a pit full of serpents."

"Were your wife and kids okay? Are they… dead?"

"Oh no.. My son was reincarnated as dragon, but he could still turn aback into his angel form, and my wife is still living." He paused, then added, "Lonan, man, his mother dragon is so protective over him. When we're losing a battle we just get him out into the field and then make him act like a baby, and WAHBAM, his mom his burning everyone!"

Elowan snorted. "Sounds hilarious but useful. You don't mind the fire?"

"I'm as faraway as I can when he or his mother goes all god mode."

"Makes sense." She nodded. "So… Can we leave soon. Pretty please. We're never going to get anything done if we need to stay here."

"If you really want to," He smiled, gesturing to the house at the very end of the street, "Our ride is there."

"Let's get going!!!" She started jogging over to the house, but suddenly stopped. "Uh, what are we riding?"

Malachi was trying to carefully sneak away.

"Oh yeah. Bye!!" Elowan waved wildly to the costumed people behind her.
