I have intense jaw problems and had a sevire overbite. I was in headgear to fix the overbite from 4th grade to the end of 6th grade. Then braces from 7th to now. I don't like the bands. I dont remember to wear them enough.
we're supposed to wear the bands alllll the time but I just put them when I go to bed. they still stay in for a while, but I don't have to put them on my fingers every time I eat, which would always cut off all the circulation.
