Ronan waits.

Az looks at him again, nodding slightly.

"I take it that means kisses?" Ronan pulls Az into a deep, passionate kiss.

Az kisses him back, his arm looping around Ronan’s neck. “Mhm. . .”

Ronan melted into the kiss, forgetting to breathe.

Az pulls back slightly, taking a breath and staring up at Ronan.

Ronan rests his head on Az's chest, breathing deeply.

Az closes his eyes, relaxing.

Ronan murmured something unintelligible, then fell asleep.

Az blinks, and then sighs softly, looping his arms around Ronan, closing his eyes.

Some time later, the door to Ronan's room burst open. He looked up sleepily, "Wh-what?" he yawned.

Az snores softly, his arms tightening.

"Ronan we need you do-ah!" Ronan's mom says. "Wh-what? I-w-ah–"
"Mom!" Ronan says. "We, uh, we were just, umm-"

Az shifts slightly, grumbling in his sleep.

Ronan lowered his voice, looking down at Az. "Um, what did you need mom?"

Az settles back down, nuzzling his face into Ronan’s chest.

Ronan's mom stutters, her face going red. Ronan nudges Az, trying to wake him up.

Az growls, his tail lashing in his sleep.

"Ronan, what the hell are you doing? Now if this ws a girl maybe I'd be a little more understanding," Ronan's mom began, "But a boy? You know we don't tolerate that in this house. Get your sorry ass out of bed and tell your friend to leave, because he's not welcome here anymore." She practically shouted the last bit.
Ronan's face fell, and he seemed to deflate.

Az shifts, grumbling in his sleep.

"I'll give you five minutes," Ronan's mom says, stepping out and closing the door.
Ronan pokes Az, trying to wake him up. Tears trail down his face.

Az holds on to him, grumbling.

"Az, wake up." Ronan says, still poking him.

Az grumbles, “Whhyyyy?”

"Cause, um, my mom found us…"

His tail flicks, “What;’s wrong with that?” He mumbles, hiding his face in Ronan’s shoulder.
