"Anything that gets us out of here!" Marya yelled.
Abasi turned pale. "You do not want her to get angry."
"Anything that gets us out of here!" Marya yelled.
Abasi turned pale. "You do not want her to get angry."
“That’s good, yeah,” she said slowly, fingers tapping nervously.
-
“Oh trust me, I’ve seen her angry. It very much means nothing to me,” he grumbled, the magic turning into a stream that steadily moved forwards the guards. In between two trees, he caught a few and forced them to turn around and fight. “Ow, ow, ow, someone do something to help!”
Abasi paled even more, stepping away from Marya. "You don't understand. Her dad-the big bad wolf? He was scary. And she's scarier. You've never seen her destroy an entire army with nothing but her bare hands, have you?" he rushed to Kirin's aide, still a little bit frightened as Marya swung her axe into the guards, blood splattering onto her already bloody clothes.
(hurlo)
( Hullo.)
Cal pushed himself back against the bed, hoping that Marya had stopped the king somehow. If he never saw her again. . . No. He couldn't think like that. Marya must have gotten out of the situation somehow.
“Okay yeah but I’m not scared because she needs my help right now. And later, I won’t be scared because Nimue is against unnecessary murder. Logic,” he said, hands spread wide. A bead of sweat trickled down his neck.
"Can you shut up, I'm trying to kill!" Marya dug her axe out of someone's spine, glaring at Kirin. Abasi walked away from his victims, "That was the last of them, I believe. Take us home?" flowers fell from his hair.
“You seem to be very fond of that. Maybe you should see a therapist,” he said, rolling his eyes at her back.
"Only when I'm about to die as well." she picked her teeth with a stick as Abasi looked on, horrified. "It was alive!"
"It's a stick!"
“Picking her teeth isn’t going to kill the stick,” he said. “Besides, it was already dead. Still kinda gross though, Miss Anger Issues.”
"The poor stick!" Abasi wailed. Marya rolled her eyes, "C'mon, we have to go back. Then Kirin can reunite with his love."
“She’s not my love. It’s more like you reuniting with your love,” he grumbled, kicking a rock. “Besides, I’m not staying.”
"Nimue will be sad. She likes you, y'know." she was taking the conversation away from her and Cal.
“That’s nice,” he muttered, eyes flicking through the trees. “Let’s talk about you and lover boy instead.”
"Let's not. We should talk about you and Nimue instead." Marya turned her face away, covering up her blush.
“You guys actually have a decent relationship.”
"Yeah, well you guys are cute together." why was she even arguing about this?
“You have seen us interact a total of once,” he deadpanned.
"You have seen me with Cal, like, twice." she shot back.
“And I have been bombarded by both your memories multiple times,” he continued, breaking a branch of a tree to drag it in the dirt.
"That's your fault." Marya started walking, dragging Abasi behind her. 'We should get a move on."
A”It’s not my fault,” he said indignantly. “You were about to kill me!”
"And why was that? Because you're a fricking damn pain in the ass." Marya was sure shew as on the right track. She was making her way back to Cal.
“No, that’s not how it went, but whatever. Are we there yet?”
"You sound like a sniveling child." she crossed her arms, still walking.
“I’m two years older than you, actual sniveling child.”
"Just don't talk to me." Marya kept on walking.
(time skip?)
(So I kind of wanna make London fall off a bridge.
No worries. He won’t die.
It’ll just seem like he’ll die.
Or something.)
“You started the conversation!”
