Kaz grinned at him. "I thought we would get a little messy first, but whatever works for you," he said, pressing a kiss to Vaughn's nose

@Desvelarse pets

“Oh? I’m completely for messy. Just didn’t know how well that would go over, I’ve heard shower foreplay can get a bit dangerous,” Vaughn said, his hands trailing down Kaz’s chest, stopping just above his pelvis area, a mischievous look in his eyes as he simply just went back up.

@_sleeby_rat_

Kaz smirked. "Well, there's always the shelf chair. Unless you want to wait till after we get cleaned up," he purred, a hand trailing along Vaughn's jaw

@Desvelarse pets

(Are we wanting to time skip this or we could do it in PM because, again, gotta protect the kiddos)

“Mm, no you’re right. We don’t want to clean up, only to get dirty again. Better to do it now,” Vaughn said, sitting down on the shelf chair. He felt a pressure relieve from his injured thigh, and it felt much better. He motioned for Kaz to come sit on his lap, grinning wildly.

@_sleeby_rat_

(and we're back)
Kaz smiled happily, leading them back into the kitchen. He walked over to the coffee maker, starting to make a new batch of coffee

@Desvelarse pets

(Lmao yep)

Vaughn walked with Kaz, a limp in his step still. He sat down at the table, stretching his legs out. He smiled softly as he watched Kaz. He looked so normal, like he wasn’t some sort of demonic being.

@_sleeby_rat_

Kaz waited for the coffee to fill up again before pouring it into two mugs. He put some creamer in his before taking Vaughn's mug over to him and setting the creamer next to it. He hummed softly, moving like he was dancing to some vague tune while he went about making the french toast

@Desvelarse pets

Vaughn thanked Kaz for the coffee, pouring a bit of creamer into the steaming hot drink. His faint smile slowly formed into a grin as he watched Kaz dance. He sipped his drink slowly, being careful to not burn his tongue as he continued to watch.

@_sleeby_rat_

While waiting for the skillet to heat up Kaz started to dance around the kitchen, grinning like a dork. He grabbed the spatula, singing into it like it was a microphone. In a loud, bordering on obnoxious tone he walked over to Vaughn, giggling a little while he tried to sing. "You! You got what I nee-eed!" he began, pointing the spatula at Vaughn

@Desvelarse pets

(Lmao okay, I was just making sure. And fun, seeyah)

Vaughn’s grin widened, eyes squinting a bit as he did so. He hadn’t seen this extremely playful side of Kaz before, and he loved it. He gave a low laugh as he watched Kaz dance around the kitchen and sing. Bloody hell, he is so precious, he thought.

@_sleeby_rat_

(aight I'm back temporarily)
Kaz kept dancing, singing into the spatula giddily. "But you say he's just a friend, but you say he's just a friend!" He pointed at Vaughn again, his voice getting a little scratchy as he tried to hit a high note. "Oh baby, you-oh fucking shit how in the hell?" He turned around as the smell of burning made its way toward him. He ran over to the skillet, frowning as he lowered the heat. He moved the totally burnt toast off the pan and added more new pieces, pouting as he did so

@Desvelarse pets

(Alright cool)

Vaughn had burst into laughter at the sound of Kaz’s squeaky voice. But he stopped when he could smell something burning. He looked over at the burnt toast, brows raised in surprise. “Damn, those got burned pretty bad.”

@_sleeby_rat_

(hhh 10 minutes till my math final)
Kaz pouted, throwing the ruined toast away and starting to make more. "I know. I almost always burn what I'm cooking the first time around. I once roasted ramen. In a microwave," he chuckled

@Desvelarse pets

(Oof good luck with that)

“In a microwave?” Vaughn repeated, laughing a bit. He leaned back in his seat, sipping the coffee again. “You are too cute when you pout.”

@_sleeby_rat_

Kaz huffed. "Am not!" he said, crossing his arms theatrically and frowning jokingly despite the faint blush working its way onto his face

@Desvelarse pets

Vaughn gave a challenging look, lips twitching upwards. “Yes you are. So goddamn adorable, baby,” he said, setting his coffee down and folding his arms across his chest.

@_sleeby_rat_

(I might actually have done okay on that part of the test, we'll have to see lol)
Kaz went a little red at the nickname, and he reached up to rub at his cheeks with his free hand. "Well when you say it like that…" he mumbled

@Desvelarse pets

(Lmao yeah, and Oof, brothers graduation took longer than expected)

Vaughn smiled mischievously and hummed, winking playfully at Kaz. “Now, careful not to burn the food again,” he said.

@_sleeby_rat_

(np man, I've been working on my plant project anyways :v)
Kaz smiled softly. "Yeah, yeah," he said, turning to flip the toast and set it aside on a plate. He reached into the packet of bacon he had pulled out earlier, starting to cook it too

@Desvelarse pets

(Why did I read that as something along the lines of “he reached into his pocket for bacon” lmao)

Vaughn inhaled slowly, taking in the smells that filled the kitchen. The food smelt amazing, and he was sure that it tasted amazing too. Well, as long as it wasn’t burnt.

@_sleeby_rat_

(omg lmao)
Kaz finished the bacon, setting it on a separate plate and turning the stove off. He started to put food on his plate, humming softly. "How much food do you want?"

@Desvelarse pets

“A good amount. I didn’t eat any real food yesterday, just the alcohol,” Vaughn said, looking up at Kaz. He had smiled when hearing the demon hum. God, he was too cute.

@_sleeby_rat_

Kaz put a couple of slices of toast on the plate before adding a few slices of bacon. He carried the plates over to the table, sliding Vaughn's in front of him before going back for syrup, butter, and his coffee. He set the items down on the table, still smiling a little as he started to pour syrup on his toast

@Desvelarse pets

Vaughn thanked Kaz before picking up a fork and cutting into the toast. He hated to admit that he never had tried this food in the past. Growing up, his family had been struggling financially for months after his dad got fired from his job. He hadn’t been old enough to work, though he would do almost anything for the people in the neighborhood. Anything for money, which he would always give to his parents, or use it to buy a treat for his little sister. He never thought much for himself. He bit sharply at his cheek at the memory before taking a bite of the toast, smiling as he did to. “Goddamn, Kaz, this is good.”
