Big thing that I fink yall need to hear. Don't get an eating disorder. Don't try to get an ed bc you think its cute or quirky. Dont get one to lose weight. Dont force one. If you get one, please fight it. Weight apps like weight watchers and my fitness pal are big helps. WW costs money but u get healthy blues if you eat good! Please eat 3 meals tomorrow, if you can. You might think it will be worth it, but it really isnt.
