She sighs and nods her head "okay… Okay good. "

Jo nods slightly.

And the alcohol must still be clouding his mind a little, because he murmurs "You taste like candy, even through the liquor."

She freezes and her face goes red as red as a cherry, and she felt butterflies in her stomach "i- thank you…? "

Jo looks up, then realizes he'd spoken aloud.

Internally, they scream. Externally, their face heats up as they try to think of something to say.

"I'm stating a fact, sweetheart."

"Um Mhm yeah okay. " she nodds nods and grabs a couple cups for the coffee and hands one to jo

Jo accepts the cup silently, kicking himself.

Fuck, I need to keep my mouth shut now. I'm going to spout some sort of weird, sappy poem next, and if I do, I will shoot myself. I don't do poetry.

"I don't really feel like cleaning today… " she says silently looking up at Jo filling the cup and holding it close to her stomach

Jo looks confused.

"Um- that's a new one."

"Yeah I know.. I just don't want to today. " she raised the cup up to her lips and took a sip of the coffee she never put sugar or Crean in her coffee coffee was supposed to be bitter

Jo shrugs and goes to the fridge, opening it and grabbing their chocolate creamer, cool whip, and caramel drizzle.

"Well, what would you like to do? Train?"

She sits down at the counter and sighed "I don't know. "

Jo sighs and gazes at his coffee thoughtfully.

"Well, I have something I need to do today anyways, so I'll be back later I guess."

"Oh yeah okay that's fine.. I'll just be here. " she grabbed her cup and started towards her room

Jo pauses, then grabs Nikki's shoulder gently.

"I'll show back up with dinner, how's that sound?"

Nikki paused a turned around "as long as your not killing someone sure. '

Jo grins.

"Not a guarantee that I'm not going to bring food anyways."

"As long as it's pizza or sushi I don't give a fuck."

Jo laughs and lets Nikki go, hesitating a moment before chugging the coffe and tossing on some shoes, grabbing their keys and walking out the door.

Nikki watched him leave with the mug in her hands and slipped into her room closing the door

Jo returns at around 7, hands bloody, face bruised and also bloody.

"I got pizza!" they grin, which looks a little disturbing.

Nikki pops her head out of her bedroom and her eyes land on Jo and she's annoyed at this point "are you fucking kidding me? What did you do?? "

"Um. . . I got into a fight with a jackass who nearly hit me while I was walking." Jo shrugs, setting down the pizza.

Nikki rolled her eyes and headed into the bathroom to get a first aid kit and came back into the living room "sit down. "

Jo huffs and sits.

"He had it coming to him, you know."

Nikki sat down with him and started to clean the blood off of him and address his wounds

"i don't care what he did stop doing dumb shit."

"He nearly killed me! He had it coming!" Jo replies gruffly.

"I don't care your only drawing attention to yourself just ignore people you shouldn't just be walking in the open where people can see you. '

"Oh, it's not like there's "WANTED" posters everywhere." Jo grins arrogantly.

"But people CAN and WILL RECOGNIZE YOU. "

Jo snorts.

"I can justs shoot them, you know, that way they can't recognize me anymore."
