And for a solid minute, the world was cold and desolate. No sun touched the ground. The sky was red and filled with black smoke, and it rained blood. The earth itself shook and trembled in fear.

Because in the sky was no longer something that was even remotely human.

No, it was a monstrosity, an ancient horror. It was an angel. And it was pissed.

Ala fell to the ground her body weakend by the fall she was hurting and wrapped her arms around her rib cage "fucking hell-" she couldn't exactly concentrate on the earth around her she saw everything but it wasn't clicking

The demon appears to freeze then disappear.

Then the world goes back to normal.

Jaciel lands, holding a hand over the hole in her face, waiting for it to regenerate.

"Sorry 'bout that."

"what- the fuck happened."

"Nothing, really. The demon's gone now."

"why did it go dark.. I thought I died."

Jaciel snorts.

"You didn't die."
